Great news.

I find it very encouraging to see an internet community so obviously concerned for someone else. The world can be a shitty place and this restores some faith in human nature.

Glad to see you are on the mend. I do hope your "nurse" is continuing to take good care of you. She may have it tougher than you. She has to take care of a type A personality reduced to the couch. :lol:

Great news Rob!... get well soon! I had some knocks on my eye during my boxing carreer and let me tell you.... your eye's can take some severe punches and they recover relatively fast ;)

Glad to hear that the damage is only temporary and not terribly serious! Good to know that you'll be able to continue painting, working on watches, remodeling bathrooms, riding your motorcycle and everything else you enjoy doing! Well, maybe some things more than others...

Also, 'EYE' am glad to see that you haven't lost your sense of humor!

Good to hear Rob....thats fantastic news.

I really felt for you cause I have 2 friends suffering from disease akin to yours....one was a goldsmith who got allergic reactions to some metals (had to quit his job and hobby) and the other one was a watchmaker who had bad years because his retina peeled off and he had to stop work for over 1 year and is retired now.
