the key really is to train regularly have a coach put together a plan and stick to that plan. you have to really buuy into the strategy and believe in the plan.

i also recomend lots of fluids. no red sauces before bed time.

a phone that you can work the forum - like now posting from my wm phone.

also the ability to go through spots where you can realy give work a hard core blow off.

that and eating 30 to 40 peaches (slightly under rip and rock hard) per week. rocky drank eggs. kenburg downs wisky like there is no tommorow and i eat peaches.

that and obsessve compulsve disorder will do it :)
