ubiquitous
Hmmmm... Compare to gen dial, hands, etc. The differences are there...
alligoat
I got an email from J&W for a similar Tudor for $950 today. Appeared to have a different bezel insert- which BTW, was still incorrect- Phong never seems to get inserts right- always has a bad pearl. His watches are expensive, especially when you take into account they are frankens- built from a combination of genuine and aftermarket parts. But I doubt you could pick up a correct Tudor for under $2K these days. I don't know if the 9411 should have a T-125 with a cyclops, but that would be an easy fix and a correct insert could be had for under $100 if you look around. It ain't perfect, but if it's what you really really want....
ubiquitous
7021 and 9411 should have the Cyclope 125; the 7016, 7928 94010 have the Tropic 19. That said, the T-19 is a good replacement on the 7021 and 9411/0 for those who don't want a cyclops...
rolex001
Why not consider my 7928? It's probably a 100 times better... Gen old Triplock, gen vintage bezel insert with Tritium pearl, gen hands, serviced Tudor movement, genuine 78360 bracelet, Viet casing with correct engravings and stampings in the back. ubiquitous
Yes; 7928 is also a good choice, but still very traditional. At any rate, Tudors are pretty easy to build...
chris5264
Why not consider my 7928? Nice!!! One of these Tudor vintages is still on my list.

ubiquitous
7922 would be the ultimate for me...
whitestripes
Damn, wish there were good not-phong-super-expensive reps of tudors... the perfect sub that will never get called out! this is so beautiful, but i'd want a date in it! ubiquitous
@whitestrpies: My Tudors are all MBW based Granted, I don't have the Tudor engraving on the caseback, I'm not too bothered by it; watches generally stay on my wrist Cheers! freddy333
why are jewelryandwatch.com so expensive 1650 for a case set Because enough people are willing to pay that much. I am not excusing their (& others') excessive pricing, I am just answering your question.
