Nice Carl. You might consider swapping your pearl for an Ofrei Illumines Dot (Ofrei speak for 'pearl') & if the Illumines Dot does not fit your insert, you might try this 1, which the pearl will press into without any type of modding or cement.

I feel sorry for you! Once you own one, you'll never stop! I ended up selling half of my collection

after owning one koz I know I won't be wearing them anymore (only all the Swiss PAMs and Rollies

and a few good ones remained)! IMHO, AP ROOs are one of the most well built Rep out there out of the box!

Open one up and you'll see!

Wow, Freddy. This is probably the same pearl(s) would fit also other vintages i.e. 1655 ... (I am lookig for this since a quite long time)
