Pugwash Posted March 9, 2009 Author Report Posted March 9, 2009 Back on topic......c'mon Pugs where's those pic's? Pics will be forthcoming. However, I was wondering if anyone knew how old it was. It's a Tudor Oyster 7904 and as far as I can tell it's over 50 years old. It's a 131xxx serial. It looks like I got it for a good price, too.
dieselpower Posted March 9, 2009 Report Posted March 9, 2009 Nice watch Pug. I have a vintage Rolex with the same style hands and dial, dates to 1952. Good to see the piece and your goodself back. Splendiferous.
cornerstone Posted March 9, 2009 Report Posted March 9, 2009 Nice acquisition - like it. P4GTR Posted March 9, 2009 Report Posted March 9, 2009 Good call pulling the trigger on that beaut. Price considerate, of course.

Pugwash Posted March 9, 2009 Author Report Posted March 9, 2009 A gen vintage Tudor for the price of a super rep, sounds a pretty good find to me. When you put it like that, a 1950s Tudor for the price of a super-rep is damned good.

Pugwash Posted March 9, 2009 Author Report Posted March 9, 2009 Do I see little miniature morsels of chernobyl on the endices? There's something there, but it doesn't glow.
