It just happened that I had to deal with sinus this last weekend, so I know how you feel I hope you feel better soon. Take you time on those watches I sent you (you will be getting two more this week) I don't need them right away as I have plenty here to tell what time it is.

I would suggest you a combination of Cetirizine dihydrochloride and Pseudoephedrine, active ingredients contained, among others in J&J's Reactine. I suffered forom the same before dicovering this, very effective remedy. The combination permits lower dosages of both substances with even greater efficacy and virtually no "sleepy" effect.
