  2. As many of you know our very own Nikki6 was attempting to become the fastest blind and disabled biker, well yesterday at elvington airfield he broke the current record with a speed of 167.1 MPH. You can read more here - http://metro.co.uk/2013/08/18/a-biker-whos-blind-to-fear-sightless-daredevil-reaches-167mph-on-motorcycle-3928986/ I would have loved to have been there supporting Stuart, however a prior engagement meant I couldnt. Well done Sixx!

  8. The crown is to blame...the detent spring inside the crown is no good.Which does not allow the crown to engage properly when it pushes out...you need to replace the crown with a new one.....that should fix your problem 99 % of the time....

  10. Sounds possibly like the mainspring is dirty, old and the oil has hardened to the point it's impeding the action of the spring. Either that or you could have worn/damaged/dirty pivots/jewels. A service would be what's really called for as the ETA movements found in the "Swiss" movement reps are not new but are in fact very old and often dirty and in dire need of a complete overhaul. Asian movements are new but often poorly oiled which can lead to problems and again a service would cure that giving you effectively a watch that'll work well for several years to come. Rolexman is great however he's based in the Netherlands and he has a waiting list. You could PM him to find out how soon he could service your watch.

  11. Brilliant! I am listening to it now via Spotify! Nothing better than good metal from Sweden! Check Amorphis (from Finland) "Skyforger" - wee bit lighter but nonetheless good metal

  14. There are lots of 19mm bracelets around for quite a bit less than 20mm models. There is a reason, they don't work on watches with 20mm lugs. The 19's are for non sport models, Daytonas, Datejust, and other Rolex watches with 19mm lugs. Save your money and get a proper one that fits your watch.

  15. Another batch of these rare sub date crystals just in. Perfect for that TC/BK Franken build. Or to upgrade your gen! All come with gaskets. Along with two extremely rare crystals indeed; 1 x 42mm Explorer II - Genuine Rolex! 1 x Milgauss Green glass - again genuine Rolex. You will not find these items for sale anywhere else - trust me! Any interest or queries - pm me for my email address. Cheers, Tom Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
