  1. I noticed the gen 51mm Oris diver as well. But I am not sure if our asian friends are going to rep this some day?
  2. freddy - I am aware of this. Actually I went for this rep which is driven by a swiss 2836 just to check out whether a DSSD would work for me or not. It was considered as a try before purchasing the more expensive V5. As I got my DSSD for a very low budget I can live with that mentioned "issue". But on ss bracelet the watch looks quite close except -and that's the most obvious issue- the date window which isn't bevelled
  3. Got a DSSD by another member and tried it on Rhino nato strap. Different but nice: Casual:
  4. Same to me, missing the good old times
  5. HI there, I am owning one of those DSSD version offered e.g. by Josh as "Ultimate Version"/ RLSD01088. I have my hands on a V5 dial as well. Do my watch model need further modifications besides the dial swap? To be honest to me the bezel insert looks good as it as. Probably the engravings "Original Gas Escape..." appear a bit shiny. I'd be happy for some tipps, thanks a lot!
  6. Looks good, indeed. I am crossing my fingers for a pretty 46mm rep released. That watch is a tank!
  7. That 46mm Ingy is a looker. Does anyboy know if we will see a rep soon? Black dial (gen): Blue with orange hands and markers (gen):
  8. Just found the "interpretation" on the bay. Not sure what kind of mvt. those watches come with....
  9. Is it? Would you please tell a link?
  10. Hi there, just noticed the recently released (gen) B&R with GMT function and pvd case. I can imagine by using a gmt modified ETA 2836 and a pvd case (as already existing in 46x46) a rep can easily be realized. Does anybody know if we will see a rep in the next future? Here's the gen:
  11. I may sound like a noob (with over 700 posts ) but could you help me out with an info how to reach phong? I'd like to ask for a quotation for that Seamaster 300. Thanks a lot.
  12. As a purist and long time Omega collector I fully agree. What I meant is that our asian friends do not have to reinvent the wheel. Actually I wouldn't be surprised if they will take something like the OCEAN7 case some day put an Omega dial in and offer it in that way: Made with A Genuine watch as Ref. Completely tripped down for this replication exercise...Parts completely interchangeable with Genuine Watch
  13. Just noticed that link. I think (and I'm crossing my fingers) that we will see a rep soon. As OCEAN7 is offering that model it is not required for our asian friends to make a new case. It is just a question of the dial and the case back (for a vinatge model, for the new released they should work on the bezel locker).
  14. I was absent for a while and therefore I didn't follow the DW re-printing / overlay discussion. I'd like to know if some current DW projects are running right now? Especially for MBW/ singer dial on 1680 with swiss 2824/ 2836 silver background and open 6 for instance. Thanks for an info.
  15. Thanks for your quick replies. I noticed PT's watch as well but as far as I know the price is much higher?! I am steady customer of PT so no doubt that the quality will be stunning as usual.
  16. Hi there, I am considering to add a DSSD to my 1680 and SSD but actually I am a bit confused (I tried the search of course)which version is the most recommended: What's the difference between EuroTimez' ultimate version and V5? Just from the pics I can't judge it. Thanks for an info. BTW ( should be placed in the sales corner forgive me...): I would appreciate an offer
  17. Great pics. I didn't pull the trigger on that model yet but I think I should go for the V5 soon.
  18. has not set their status

  19. Congrats! Very nice combo. May I ask you how much the bracelet was?
  20. Of course it is. For your daily afterwork beer the lever will be a reliable little helper
  21. Holy sh.. That watch is a rocker! I am already owning a chronofighter and noticed the recently titanium commander. But this one has got a very nice dial! Next on my list! But actually I am crossing my fingers for the trigger series (not the already quarz version) because the lever is more decent.
  22. Noticed the same: Went down from more than 730 posts to 530 but know the score seems to be corrected.
  23. I have been hesitating for a long time whether to go for a HBB or not. A few days ago I noticed an ad in the sales corner and purchased a steel HBB from our nice member mastmampf. When I opened the box all I could say was "WOW!" I don't understand why I didn't pull the trigger on this item before. The watch is the best you can buy version with 28'800 bph mvt. and double ar. Very important to me (I want to thank Francisco and other members at this point ): The date wheel looks quite close to the real deal. It is sunken as on early genuine HBB before they came out with the inhouse HUB44 movement. That's the info I received from Francisco. I took a quick pic of my rep watch and a gen I found over on chrono24. I was considering a swap for a brushed ceramic bezel first but actually the brushed steel bezel is "playing" with the light and it is a pleasure to view it from different ancles.. Here's a pic of my new baby followed by a gen one. Enjoy: The gen:
  24. Wow, thanks for that input, Francisco . So am I right in assuming that the "early/ first" genuine big bang series came with a modded 7750 (similar mvt.) and sunken DW whereas the current series come with that HUB 44 with a closer DW (similar to 7753)? How's the "first" genuine movement called? I found some genuine watches with sunken DW but also offered as with HUB 44??????
  25. Yes, you are right that's the HUB 44 inhouse movement. Does anybody know what kind of movement the early series were equipped with? Actually a 7750 with the same sunken date "issue" as we know from the asian clones? I will have a look to Franciscos reviews right know.
