Depends on what you have paid for the watch............... just compare prices.........a gen ETA 6497-2 cost $86( 59 euro) ex 19% tax at my wholesaler.......an asian 6497-2 about $20 ex tax. So adding ETAparts on an Asian would make the movement much more expensive

I can recommend both PT and Eurotimez(Chris is dutch as I am), PT is a sure thing as there are no customsissues , maybe a little more expensive but no worries and great aftersales...........

As not an IWCexpert, I did some research about different versison of the 3717, this one seems to have the correct lume and alligned markers, double AR I'm not sure about...... I found it very difficult to determine whether this one is a V3 or not? 3717 owners, please chime in
