It may be screwed up, but that's the way things work if an item become hot. I've been collecting for about 20 years and I don't remember a time when you could buy a S/S Daytona at retail price for example.

Be careful- if you don't buy from them, you may be in great danger.

Going to wear the under appreciated 40mm PAM 050.This watch has the presence of at least a 42mm watch; no one says a Rolex Sub, YM or GMT are 'girlie' watches because they're 40-41mm.

How about a Rolex, Omega or PAM. Like most here; I too have Watcholism- about 50 reps and 20 gens! 2 more reps on the way. I started with Rolex mostly. I keep saying, "this is the last one..." Tomorrow I'm gonna quit, I probably need in-patient treatment.

Good luck with the auction, I hope there are no more 'hard feelings.' On the other hand;I'd like to share a problem from a buyer's point of view. I bought an expensive AP ROO modded with AR, lume, etc. from an old time member here. The watch was said to keep COSC time (2-3 sec./day). The watch ran 3-4 min fast from day 1 and despite 3 trips to the watchsmith, I could never get better than 1-2 min. fast/day. Also, the lume really was poor even with the claim to be aftermarket lumed. I had suggested the seller reimburse the $50 I paid for the attempts to repair, never heard from him again! I didn't mention it here nor did I make a pp dispute, any suggestions? BTW- the watch LOOKS great

I have to agree with the majority that after 6 months the dealer has no obligation to fix it for free. It does seem like you spent alot and I think some dealers (Josh for example) may have fixed it for free if you were a regular customer.

$300 is cheap for the Swiss version! Many sellers ask about $800 for the real 7750 or 7753 PAM chronos. I may be tempted at that price if you can verify it's real.
