  1. that's a gorgeous watch, one of my favorite AP ROO's. Really very nice rep job. hope those sec@12 mov'ts hold up.
  2. i don't get the whole thing, seems crazy to inflate the numbers unless they add up to more money. i am a member there also, so i won't bash. one thing- the rep trading zone prices are insane! ex. a guy today selling a sec @12 APROO for almost $1000. 'modded' meaning service and lubed mov't and lume. seems like alot to me.
  3. good investigative reporting guys.
  4. Ultimate 088, now on OEM tan calfskin
  5. Actually Josh did just move, for those of you who don't know- here's the new address: WWW.1-pc8838.com
  6. My old pretty, but not so reliable Daytona.
  7. Hi and welcome. In general the few REAL 7750 movements will add about $500-600 to the price of a rep. I admit spending almost $1000 for that kind of watch is scary. You ASSUME they are SWISS but the average NOOB buyer may have a hard time sorting it all out. What I do is buy cheaper gens like Hamilton or Oris that have real ETA movements. You can get them online for big discounts. For ex. I got this Hammy for $700 with real Swiss 7750
  8. This just came today. Cheapie quartz gen but looks kinda like a Big Pilot. The band is nice too- all for about $200 with shipping
  9. old gen G-P. great watch, except tends to run fast.
  10. You guys are right, they copy the high end styles for rep prices. you can buy them for big discounts online. they are 'gen' not sure about the movements but they are automatic (asian?)
  11. I'd say that the BK/WM9 YM is among the best i've seen. the finish and workmanship are really excellent.
  12. I agree- the biggest rip-off, but they sell mostly rolex. They used to sell all brands- basically Josh's collection at 3-4 times the$$
  13. as long as many people are going gen..
