That is a 1665 seadweller case set. Maybe cartel due to the short crown guards. So yes you have the wrong dial. For that case you really need a double red dial
So what you need is a jeweler with a laser micro welder not a watch smith micro welding gear is very expensive and not what I would expect a watch smith to have. I would say find a local jeweler and start asking there.
