That's one way of describing it. You would know if you snapped a main spring in a Unitas. Having a main spring bind as it is too tight is another but as it was explained to me during my training that it is watch makers talk for not sure but I will let the main spring down and if that fixes it I will charge you 30 quid for 3 min work.

The DW difference is because this is powered by a 2892 like the MK XVI rather than the in house in the other ingys so as the MK XVI V2 has a good DW then they are a good way there before they start. To make this even better fit a Swiss 2892 with the rep DW and rep rotor and if they can get the rest right like in the first ingy then you will have a 5k watch for 500!

the only problem would be a structual failure (Of the plane!!) and a sudden depressurization, at which time, worryiong about your watch crystal will be the least of your worries Plus 1

The big improvement there is the date wheel but I would like to see the teen numbers The seconds hand is also a very big plus To be honest as long as the watch is running you would never get called out on this watch. But that price they can stick it. On stainless maybe but on leather no way that I just wrong. Dealers take note! There are so many gen vintage watches that are around this price or a little more that have so much more value and chic Just have a look for vintage zeniths and the likes. 1. Remove the case back and the movement find the screw or clip that was holding it in. Refit the pusher (after Lubeing any orings that may be present. 2. Refit movement and dial. Replace case back Repeat step 2 a multitude of times to remove specs of dust you find as soon as you think you have finished
