I am pretty sure that the balance cock from a swiss will not fit but depending on the balance spring attachement you may be able to use the balance and spring, the pinion should fit

It looks like an mbw standard pearl but the crown guards look too small for mbw in your pic A gen crown would be the second mod right after the pearl if it was me
