Welcome to RWG, you are starting the same way we all did so dont worry, just read up here and you will get some better watches in the future i promiss you
  2. I think TJ already has a few distinguishing marks or the tattoo type, the funny thing about the old army blood group and number tattoos is that no one ever pays any notice as most were done when the owner was drunk by a dyslexic drunk in aldershot so not exactly reliable info.
  3. TJ, in my job we have the option of giving a DNA sample in case of, that way you will alway identified, so get arrested or see your GP, problem solved.
  4. A standard rep, she know that too, but loves it
  5. I got my mum a standar day date from josh about 2 years ago for a Bday pressy i think it was her 62nd, she wears it every day never takes it off, i went for 34mm so it was easyer to read
  6. Welcome to RWG, i am a member on all the other but i almost never venture away unless it is to view something specific that i know is there. I just find this place suits me, it seems more grown up. BTW who did you get the SA from?
  7. We spend A LOT of time looking at and buying replicas, you can learn from our mistakes or make your own, most of us found this place after buying watches that were absolute crap and very cheep when we got them at all. The chouce is yours, If you ask for advise, which you did! Then we say stick to the dealers here and their products. By the way I will answere you emails in 10 min but it does not mean i will send you any thing!
  8. nope sorry mate, dial feet and hand size are all wrong
  9. Welcome have you been away?
  10. An exert from another article that can be found here "Even if Omega named their new watch after James Bond and was willing to pay a bundle for the product placement, maybe the producers should respect the awareness shown by their star of the true legacy and history of their character. Throughout his time as 007, Sean Connery was equipped with the Rolex Submariner, which has just celebrated its 50th anniversary this year, and Ian Fleming clearly chose Rolex as the watch worn by his creation.
  11. Did you get a good deal on the cape cods as i ahve been looking where to get a bulk order at a good price and the bay was better than direct from the manufacture but was still quite expencive. I would use the slowest speed possible if you make a mop with cape cod, it may be possible to just leave the soft one you have ther inside a cape cod pouch over night to soak up the polish from the cape cod and then try that, just be aware that when it spins you will get a nice shoer of polish. Let me know what the deal was on the 12 packs you bought.
  12. Why do you want to relume the bezel, this is pretty good as it is
  13. You can watch Jochen Benzinger making a Guillochiert Dial here and then wonder why we only get stamped in the reps, I think that some of the stamped dials we get in reps are nice though.
  14. Let us know when and where you are planning to be and we will see what we can do. Only a couple of weeks to go now!
  15. As soon as i saw that crown position It shouted GEN Nice watch
  16. Cant make it my self as it is a bit far but i wish you a great day!
  17. I have heard that there may be another Limeted edition next year with the original movement and plexy glass!
  18. The fluffyer one on the right would be good for finishing as it is softer and less lightly to leave lines but to get the end mirror finish is also escaping me also. I have found the hard felt ones a bit too hard unless you want to remove a scratch.
  19. get in touch with Chris @ eurotimez or Presious time, see their sections here
