I would go with the PO, I like the way the bezel looks thiner so the face of the watch looks larger.

Mine works fine on the wrist and will run for about 3-4 days on the winder but then runs out of steam, so i seams that it need more vigorous movement to keep it wound than the winder will provide.

On all movements there is a way of making minor adjustments to the speed the watch works at so thatit can be made to run faster or slower, the way of adjusting is different for different movements, do a bit of a search proberbly in the expert area and you will find a bit more about it.

Yes the size of it and the date wheel placement, also the power reserve there was a long thread on it on TRC. Every one was raving about it but it could not be made with the movements that are available. A shame but i am sure that the project has not been forgotten it just remains as a project for the rep makers.

Welcome, as an omega fan have a look at joshes Railmasterhere it is ace, it realy is great. Runs better than my gen aqua terra. Just a shame it is not the 42mm version.

How long does this glow for, i see on the website that after glow is upto 2 hours can you confirm that it lasts longer?

You could just start with a couple of cheep canal st reps and play with them to see if you have the tactility to do it, buy a cheep tool set and take apart a broken movement and try to re-assemble it, start by taking out the crown them re fit it and so on, see how far you get and how your patience lasts with a loupe and tweasers. No point in spending $200 to find you chuck it at the wall after 5 min . I bought a £15 tool kit from Precious Time a while ago, and have regulated my reps and made a few repairs, now i know i can handle it i am thinking of taking the course.

I would be tempted to go for something on kevlar like errrm Body armor?
