  5. The problem i find with pam straps and the hole placement is they are either too tight or too loose, i need a mid hole, i am piccking up a custom made strap on saterday maybe that will be better,, its gona be thick and hard to wear in, it is the sample one from a leather worker near me, and it should have a large panerai lazer engraved on it as well.
  6. My wifw does, shae has a 217, i oftern find the CG on my 127 iritating.
  7. Yes order from witin the EU Percious time and Narika
  8. I have managed to get a good strap from the standard one that arrived on my fiddy, try soaking it in a some diluted bleach for 10 to 15 min and tem with a nail brush scrub off the painted finish leave to dry naturaly and wax with some leather fat, sno seal or dubbing, you might be supprised with the results. they also breakin alot faster after this as well. Andy
  9. I would just like to see all the dimentions correct and the engraving, i dont think it should be vintagised at all, if we have it vintageised by the factory then they will all look the same andf you know that the lume will be bright yellow. Lets make them look old our selfs and then they will all take on their own personality, I have been looking for a 1680 for ages but apart from the MBWs that i cant afford they all have crap bright yellow lume that just looks unrealistic. Leave it white, shape and mesure it right, thats all.
  10. Got the Fiddy back today, (Thanks Mark) now with Davidsen hands and saphire with AR, now on a standard strap bleached and re coloure, man they feel better with that crappy painted finish taken off. I know i forgot to colour one of the strap retainers, I have another one that i just oiled and it looks great. i have soo missed this this watch!
  11. Well i cant criticise your photos at all, that is a nice watch. And welcome to the forum nice post
  12. Sorry to say but even if you have the good AT bracelet with the pins and sheath they wont fit. The PO are not as flat as the At links, i may have a couple of spares, pm me.

  16. Oh yes count me in!! Eta though! and not vintage lume bur decent lume
  17. I would not judge the way he is driving until you had sat in his seat and had to respond to something on the other side of town like a contact or IED! Just for you here is one that i shot a couple of years ago so that you see it is not all like that! made by me in 2003 Sorry about the quality but it was made with a cheep digi stills camera using the vid function
  18. I belive that this movement was the subject of some scrutiny from Ziggy the other day and it was pointed out at that time that ETA tend to use removeable balence spring posts as opposed to the fixed ones fitted in the above linked watch, which could possibley be an ETA base plate with asian works above it.
  19. Hey thanks, just the ticket, i had sean large earings before just like them but never cufflinks.
  20. I find this with pam straps all the time, no mater what the weather they are either to loose or to tight, i have made holes between holes in the past and then they are fine, but i can never make them the same as the original elongated hole. I might buy or make a punch for it!
  21. I would be in for a pair of the omega ones or IWC if you made them, as my two dress watches are Omega and IWC, i have been searching for a set of Harley ones for years though, so if you know of any
