  2. it will be that the day wheel has come out of its position, when it is serviced it will be sorted, it is a general problem that the asian movements dont have the retianing washer that the swis ones do. Still looking for a brietling, ever thought of a modded blackbird??

  8. There is a the MK XVI at 39mm and i think you can still get the MK XV
  9. OIf it is the new MK XVI then the stem is the same as a ETA 2892
  10. Can you post two pics please rep and gen so i can see the difference please edge was going to do this but never did Only one of those has poland as the location BTW the others 1st and 3rd are USA
  11. The problem with this movement is the design, not the servicing, it is like a 4 wheeled car with only 3 wheel bearings,
  12. WOW nice work It is such a shame that they could not print white and then the red for the submarina wording like the gen other wise that would be perfect to me
  13. It may be that the retaining screw has become detached for the retaining plate it will proberbly need the dial and hands removing to re attach
  14. Thickness looks no thicker or thiner than a 7750 with date what it looks like dial side
  15. Gen ETA slow beet is 56 hours, i have had that from asian movements when properly serviced
  16. But with out the date plate on the hour totalised and brake are not held steady and will just fly off when touched, also by removing this plate the the canonpin, hour wheel and seconds pinion will be too long and so will the totaliser pinions, i have a DW 369 in my spares box i will take a photo of what it looks like dial side.
  17. you can get tickets for Basel world on the door, but it was a bit of a dissapointment as all the big watch houses with huge stands are by infitation only, it is just like walking in a big shopping mall but all you can do is look in the windows, take a step in side and the security stops you and asks to see your invite, no invite no entrance, lookin the windows like a pauper should!
  18. Mate you need to do some searching for GTG and Brussels, the first was historic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I belive Sweden is earmarked for this year, Just waiting for some one to Anounce where and when but he has just had a new family addition so i think he is busy!
  19. Lets see if it is anywhere near the right size, remeber that a 1655 is a vintage plexy EX version so it could be a complete different size to a saphire one
