I liked the movie. It was just too long. Good writing, terrific direction. Good performances. An adult thriller that is more of a character piece.

When these came out I wasn't impressed. But now I like them. Question is: Do I want to wear a watch that say's Ferrari on it (I do have a Maserati!).....and which one would I want? Chrono? GMT? They're growing on me.

Got this one from Eddie lee. Stock out of the box. I actually painted the subdial hands black (not photographed yet). i compared it to the real deal at an AD. Date font is spot on. Watch is now spot on. My AD couldn't spot a difference and he held them both. (He's a good friend now, since I'm actually a good customer). However, there is one slight difference which he didn't spot. The dial is just a shade off the real one. a touch more cream on the rep. other than that..........

Luv the idea. BUT it's impractical. We can't hide anymore. Even if we could, the dealers rep sites are out in the open. They are the targets. We've always had Noobs. They always caused a certain amount of problems. I think were just witnessing the next step which is that more pressure is being put on this illegal trade. It's going to continue no matter what is done. But they can never really shut it down. ............and we really can't hide.

Boy, things have changed. Normally shipping takes 2-3 weeks. sometimes happens faster, sometimes happens slower. Watches DO get delivered and the "unhappy" customer becomes "happy". I've bought more watches from Eddie than most and I never had a tracking number. Nowadays, everybody is so impatient. Lot's of newb's ready to accuse. I miss the days when the "old hands" never got there "panties in a wad" over tracking numbers, WHICH DON'T WORK most of the time anyway. Relax and enjoy the anticipation.

Pug, technically you may be right, but practically, it doesn't affect buying from China. A recent call to my CC company questioning the use of credit cards for Chinese/Asian purchases (of course, they knew what I was talking about), they responded that they had no problems with "purchases" from China and the same CC protections exist. As for the smuggling issue, Americans are "smuggling" approximately 1 hundred thousand items a WEEK,via credit cards according to US sources. "smuggling" being purchases from Asia. Anyone gone to jail yet (other than domestic resellers)? It's obvious that the cc companie's love the business........and we won't be fugitives

I agree with you on one thing. Maurice Lacroix is a very classy watch and terribly under valued. Some of the most beautiful watches are from ML. I have one Gen and may get another. But, I still enjoy my reps.
