You should not expect to get the fit and finish of a genuine watch from any replica. The watches you mention like Tissot and Seiko aren't expensive watches but have high quality control standards. Replica factories have low QC standards in general so one person's watch may be finished better than the next. Some of the super reps do have higher quality in the production, however. I think the best quality as far as fit and finish that I have seen personally would have to be the Ulysse Nardin Maxi Marine Diver. This watch is superb and does come very close to the quality you would expect from a high end watch manufacturer, however it is still not on par with it's genuine counterpart. A high end watch has a certain smooth, solid feel to it that can't be replicated for $300 or $400. I have been collecting watches for many, many years and have had hundreds of watches pass through my hands both replica and genuine. If you want the feel of a genuine watch, nothing will replace that. If you want a watch that you wouldn't or couldn't spend the money for, buy a replica. No matter how mch you spend on a replica watch, it is still a replica. Some are better than others, but in the end they are all disposable.

I love the fact that the gold will never wear off. They should do more reps like this. One question though, how is the weight of the watch? Is it much lighter than steel? Since you held the gen, how does it compare to the weight of gold?

The one at king's site looks like an update of the old white or silver dial. Josh's pics look like they tried to rep the rhodium dial but made it too gray with the wrong color subdials. It looks like the concentric circles are more pronounced as they should bee but the location of where they should be is reversed. They should be around the outside of the dial to start. Not exciting for me.

I saw those AP's a while ago and love them. I won't spend $1,000 on a rep however and they don't come with an iced bracelet. Maybe if it had the bracelet I would consider it. I believe eurotimez can get them.

You may want to peer through your fingers at first. Ready? Areyou sure? Ok Here goes........ Oops, sorry shouldn't have used the flash. Ok here it is....... Ok, ok those of you who know me didn't believe my story anyway. Yes I meant to buy this. Yes I did search around for this because it is discontinued. This is what they call a five row iced Jacob. Two rows of ice on the side of the bezel and three rows on the side of the case. Not to mention the iced bracelet, lugs and bezel. This version is long discontinued. The new ones only have two rows of ice. Much less bling. I opted for the blue mother of pearl dial because I figured the iced dial would just be too much. With this post I beg someone to make an iced out breitling or AP ROO. The absence of these models have forced me to buy this monstrosity. I kinda like it though. So I think I have finally quit smoking for good. Today marks 7 days without a cigarette. I was a pack to two pack a day smoker for 13 years. Usually more if I was out drinking. I have attempted to quit about 5 or 6 times ths year alone. Always for a day or two and once almost a week. Previous attempts were when I was sick. Once for two weeks and once for three weeks. Every time I have gone back. I have finally realized that I wasn't totally committed before, but now I am. I also discovered a neat invention caled the electronic cigarette. This device mimics cigarette smoking but doesn't contain tobacco or carcinogens and only delivers flavored water vapor with or without nicotine. There is even an online forum with thousands of e-cig smokers that I have found work as a very effective support group. In recent years I have had two friends die from cancer, and three others who have been treated for cancer. Getting older makes me realise my mortality and the fact that I don't want to die from cancer. One of the best parts of all this is because of my enthusiasm, two of my friends ordered an e-cig as well. I hope they quite tobacco eventually. As for the e-cig, it is the only thing that has worked. I tried the gum, cold turkey, laser, shot, almost accupuncture, you get the picture. This is the first time I am confident that I wont go back to cigarettes. I have added a banner to my signature that keeps track of my non smoking efforts. I hope that this will inspire others to quit as well. If anyone has any questions, or needs help feel free to contact me directly.

The Rolex Explorer doesn't come in a ladies size, however the explorer I is 36mm but wears a bit smaller. I'd say it feels like a 34mm or 35mm watch. I think this is a good size for a lady as they are wearing larger waches now. The downside is it only comes in a black dial. The white dial version is the explorer II which is a 40mm case. This watch also wears smaller than 40mm ad is still a good size for a woman, however it does have the date and gmt function which may be a bit too complicated if she wants something simple. The other option is the new Datejusts. They are replicated vey wel, available in both mens' and ladies' sizes and come in a wide variety of dial options. Just about every dealer here carries all of these models. Good Luck. One more option comes to mind. The new Milgauss is very nice. 40mm case which is a nice size and very modern for a lady IMO, it comes in a white dial and has no date. Also the new version at pure time, trusty and perfect clones is spot on.
