Happened to me with my PAM111. The dealer refused to send any parts since "there are no spare parts" for that model.

I haven't sent too many watches to others, so I guess it might be a newbie thing.

The ring lock paint looks like crap. I can't comment on the lume. I don't know anything about Rolex watches to be honest.

Does NOT look okay! Either the 12 marker is tilted or the 12 numbers, or Omega sign are or Omega letters are all tilted. The surrounding of the pearl and bezel looks like there is some glue or smudges on it.

Updated PO? There are pics in this thread with a watch with the new Omega clasp. Is that just an update or is it a completely new watch?
