  1. True. I was looking for a r*l*x rep when I found the old RWG. And I've got more PAMs and Omegas now...
  2. did this guy have a different price here on RWG to there?
  3. They are all Chinese movements so far as I can tell.
  4. I refuse to answer a question that carries an obvious answer. Peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...
  5. Maybe it's a good thing you don't turn your brain to mush watching TV
  6. I'm adding to my previous one so if you want to tell them you have more people you can quote my name on it too...
  7. It is when all your money goes directly to buying more watches...
  8. Finepics, I think I am coming around to your way of thinking.... PAM001, PAM192, PAM196, PAM029, PAM063, PAM127, PAM036... and now after kinda scoffing at you when you said you were loved the PAM212 you have, I am now thinking of getting this too! Paneritis ahoy! I am thinking of the Asian 7750 version as the back is more true to the genuine though if you convince me on an ETA 7750... Anyway back to the thread, I hope to get a PAM187 as well someday... if they ever release it with ETA 7753 and at a decent price... say the price of the ETA 7753 PAM188/196s
  9. Yes I'm addicted. I need help. I know the solution to my problems, but have been unable to take that next step. Wish me luck
  10. Is it possible to get an ETA 7753 and fit it in to the 187 rep case you have with no problems?
  11. Agreed - great deals and service from silix-prime and watch. The only downside is that they can take some time to reply to emails, but of course the prices are cheaper. The reason for cheaper prices? Probably lower profit margins. Maybe they sell more volume, or are happy to make a lower profit than other dealers? Maybe their wholesale price is a lot cheaper than other dealers?
  12. Left wrist: Breitling Seawolf (titanium) Right wrist: PAM196 ETA 7753 (old case) I'll take off the Breitling before going back to work though. Peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...
  13. At the moment 187 with ETA 7753 would do me I like that the 187 stands out
  14. Get a Franck Muller Vegas Peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee....
  15. PAM212 (1950 Flyback - it says so on the dial). I may get one from silix with asian 7750 movement. Looks most accurate but on the fence at the moment due to the movement. ETA 7750 is undecorated and costs more than double I think...
  16. As far as I know, any PAM with a cyclops has it on the inside of the crystal.
  17. As far as I know, the old case version was manufactured by a different factory that has now stopped making these. The new factory that manufactures these now have the "new" case.
  18. From what I understand - and please correct me if I'm wrong - there were moderators there who are also moderators here, and they were locking threads to move them over here , without new posts being added all day, as well as possibly stopping Gran from deleting them (not sure about the last one as couldn't Gran unlock them first and edit or delete them?). On a lighter note, Gran, why do you use that name ? Here in the UK, gran is another way of saying grandmother or grandma
  19. I speak *real* English in the UK, and have never come across surveyor spelled as surveyour ... I would think that spelling is more for a marketing reason or a mispelling. Probably easier to trademark too.
  20. I've managed to get 58 twice now. There are 58 hexagons on the board. I guess it's a little luck as with all games.
  21. It's not only the Scots that know what trainers are! By the way I'm south of the border But I'll be up in Newcastle next weekend
