  1. It's such a shame about the sub dial spacing. I think I might purchase this one anyway, and live with the flaw, it is such a good looking piece!
  2. Nice purchase Dutchy! If you do go to York Uni, try and get involved in the University Royal Naval Unit, I'm in the Sussex one and it is great fun!! I think the one in Yorkshire is based in Hull. Get to go away on a ship at weekends if you wish, get paid for it, meet new people, go out in the evenings with the crew. It's the best thing I've got involved in at uni so far! Sorry it's slightly off topic haha Nice watch
  3. If you click on the Breitling section, right at the top there is a 'sticky' thread, 'community guide to best Breitling rep's', have a look through there, that has all the info you would need. As far as dealers, I recommend upgrading your membership
  4. That's the Breitling Chronomat (the predecessor to the Evolution) They ended production in 2004. A very nice looking watch, and I like the subdials on this version!!
  5. Now that you're a VIP member you should have access to the watch collector gallery. If you want to make a purchase the information should be in there for each respective 'collector'
  6. Looks good on the rubber strap, cant wait for mine to arrive! What phone do you have? It takes very good pictures!!
  7. That looks very nice on the NATO!

    My Collection

That is some collection. All the pieces there are must haves!! Great taste!
  9. It is a shame that you have lost interest, maybe a break from it may re-inspire some purhases or interest later on.
  10. I guarantee that you won't be taking this off in a hurry, it looks great on the wrist! Great purchase!!
  11. Very nice mods indeed!! That shot with the PO in water is brilliant!
  12. Another converted Breitling fan Looks vrilliant, I have the black version with subdials at 12 9 6, and they are very well made! Can I recommend a brown strap?
  13. Do you mean in terms of the price, or actually 'what is it' that he is selling?
  14. Looks excellent! Don't AR this one, this model shouldn't have it When replacing with the ETA, is it just the hands that need replacing, once you have those is it fairly straightforward?
  15. Can't beat a Pam on a Bob, or so they say
  16. I would give preference to the first one.
  17. A true classic, absolutely stunning!
  18. Im no expert but my guess is the Asian is on the left, the Swiss in the middle, and the TW on the right in the first picture? Thanks for posting, I am after a sub so it's really useful to see a variety of the models available!
  19. Looks brillliant! Are the crowns hard to swap over on the PAMs? I really like that strap too!
  20. Nice pictures! What movement is in the seamaster, is it the quartz or the auto version?
  21. Quite an incredible watch! Good to know it's in safe hands!
  22. I purchased a strap from the trade section from Rolli. It was posted late last week, and arrived this morning. He was a pure gentleman, with great communication, a member to put a tick by the side of that's for sure!! So here it is, my older version of the Davidsen 005 on the vanilla strap... It was originally on the rubber strap, but I defnitely prefer the above combo!!
  23. I do that with my SMP Chrono. Always brings a smile back when you haven't worn it for a while!
