  1. Allright dudes... tell us more! How was it? Great action Dave, to organise a GTG... i always enjoy those moments where i can finally talk about watches all evening long without seeing a bored face in front of me
  2. A side by side comparisson... that would be great Thomas!!! i think the gen comes in titanium AND in steel. Look at the Kronos Club website... both exist as i understand it and it also seems both have exactly the same specifications including the same dial. Only the material of the case/bracelet is different as i understand it.
  3. case and movement look gen, dial might be a redone dial but pictures are too small to tell for sure.
  4. Thanx for the review Dirk!! This is a great thing of Eurotimez to combine all the best parts all ready and save us all a lot of money and work! Maybe a strange question... but do you think he will also make an old pre 2004 with lugholes version based on this case? I would be really interested in an old pre 2004 Submariner... no laser etched crown on the crystal, no ugly rolexrolex engraving in the rehaut and lugholes like it should on a toolwatch
  5. A typical vietnam Tudor replica with a dial that was for sale just a few months ago... and they're making a nice profit on it! $2300
  6. Sure hope they'll update the dials soon! A Safari should be more creme, the black themes should have the metal surroundings around the numbers... we're almost there... so the next one will hopefully be the "ultimate" ROO
  7. Try doing a search on PAM252 North Pole or PAM186 Arktos... you have to go through 3 pages of replica websites of course including RWG and some of our own dealers before you'll find a link that leads you to a website with a gen PAM252 or PAM186... go figure... @CBR... amazing job and good to hear the GMT-II is running so well again
  8. Niiiiccceeeee!! That's a sweet PAM1A
  9. excellent, t
  10. Amsterdam ... affordable beer and other fun stuff (smooks, red light district), affordable hotels... so party on PS. and enough musea (Rembrandt, Van Gogh, Rijksmuseum) and other sightseeing for the wife and kids
  11. @Andy... man you where missed last weekend! ... and a world GTG in Amsterdam... sounds more than good !!!!!! @ Chris... sorry you couldn't make it to the last mini GTG and this large Cologne GTG... it would have been great if you could have been there... and you would have loved it Good to hear from you !
  12. Nooooo please don't
  13. you gotto keep checking every week mate! He always has a lot of NOS Zenith stuff... and than maybe a few weeks nothing but that he has some stuff again. If i'm correct there's also an Australian dealer on Ebay, also selling lots of NOS Zenith cases and bracelets.
  14. DITTO!!!!!!! I suggested the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms (and the whole line) to Angus last year already and he thought it was a definitive option. Of course i reminded him several times of this suggestion, but untill now no concrete reaction like a yes or no....
  15. I felt like Dagobert Duck
  16. Hi Lello... it's been a long time... good to see you again Could you please add me to the list (if available): - Panerai valjoux 7753 - Panerai ETA 2893-2 If these are not available it's OK. Thanx for all the work you put in this!
  17. T... you would have LOVED it!! And i do hope you're there the next time cause we missed you. I think making this a bi-annual thing would be good. And with the rather cheap airline tickets these days costs can stay reasonable.
  18. That video looks like a scene from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre starring Kelster as the Mad Dremel Killer
  19. Check the german Ebay ... there's a seller who sells lots of genuine NOS Zenith parts like cases, dial, and bracelets... lots of them!
  20. I fully agree!
  21. Ditto... i would stay far away from websites like this one!
  22. I always buy my parts from Angus Congrats with the mellow yellow... with a nickname like mine you just gotto love a watch named like that
  23. It's great to have you here (as well) UncleJay! A true watchlover with admiration and pashion for mechanical wristwatches is always more than welcome... especially if he/she becomes a contributing member of our little community
  24. Still having a huge smile on my face, especially when i see thos pictures again @ Claude, Dirk, Patrick and Stephane... how did ya guys sleep last night? I didn't sleep... it was more like a coma
