I used the 952 Aluminum Oxide Grinding Stone to get the grind down on high. Id say practice on some junk bracelets first.
and the 535 Brass Brush to brush the newly grounded edge to make it less rough. If i had the SS brush it would prob be better .
Im sure there are better dremel bits that would do the job better, but thats what I had on hand.
on my pam bracelet, the deployant digs into my wrist so I took my dremmel tool and ground the sharp edge down and re brushed it smooth. I did the same to my BK LV bracelet
there is trick called specular highlights, where you light your watch with the light source slowly edging away from the watch. If you are using the window, you would figure a way to twist the watch crystal from the actual window. sounds crazy, strobist can explain it better though.

even though I didnt do a great job at it, I burn the edge that i cut off with a lighter. What I should have done was to let it burn longer to turn more black and flatten with some plyers
