I have a franken Super Avenger and my Crystal is exactly the same..Hoping to find a better one as well.

hmmm mine doesn't seem to have this, It does have that gold part but it is recessed into the chrome part and does not stick out like your one.

Kruzer can you explain what the spring loaded part is on these as I bought one through Ebay just before this offer and just want to double check it is ok.??

I believe Discovery used a Ruby case and this should fit....Hell it better as mine is at my watchmakers right now with a Ruby case. PM me in a week and I will let you know if it all fits together.

That version is not accurate at all but the price is ok I guess. Upgrade your membership as in the supporters area there are contact details for DW or David Wong who provides pretty much 1:1 cases for these watches. Warning:Not cheap though!

$1000 dollars is a lot of money when it comes to reps but boy O boy that is a lot of watch.....No contest at all.!!!!

You would have probably been better off buying a non CZ Chronomat as this is going to be a headache for you.

People do have bad days where they are a bit grumpy, God knows I have many Having said that though there are a number of dealers on this board to choose from.

People have done the transplant though so there must be some sort of solution to this.

I know about the hand not fitting and sorting that one out....Can I ask what you did to fit yours..Did you have to get one machined?

I need some information regarding swapping over movements in a PAM 029...Will the 2893-2 movement fit into the movement spacer of 2836-2? If not is it a simple mod to make it fit or a deal breaker. The Zigmeister I know you have made this change perhaps you can chime in here and let me know if this will work. After all I'm probably going to send it to you anyway I just don't want to waste a lot of money on the upgrade if it all isn't going to fit.

I'm looking at doing this same modification with the 029 and just starting to gather the parts together now but I'm not too sure on the hands. Reading this the rep 2836-2 hands will not fit onto the 2893-2 movement..Is there a place to get the correct hands that will fit.? Also Tourby are you still selling the 2893 movements.?
