That case looks pretty much spot on to me. He also has a link to a Yachtmaster case but no pics yet.

I have had several dealings with George (WM9) without any issue whatsoever and was one of the first to get the PT/WM9 sub and have also had all the other Subs and can say without doubt that the WM9 series is different in many ways to the euromariner and MBK/MBW subs. They are not from the same factory and the comments from BKLM1234 about the reject models is correct and I imagine that the supply to PT may dry up soon when the latest watch from George is released after the much awaited Yachtmaster08 watch. Both Ubi and myself are waiting for the Yachtmaster from George and we have both been around a long time in this game and doubt we would be scammed quite so easily or activley promote a scammer on this forum. Pt's Sub is a very good price and you will get what you see in the pics but the upcoming watches from George do have value added extras which partly go towards the increased price asked on his website. His attention to detail is in my experience very good and for those who want to they can add genuine bits in place of some of the rep parts and end up with a very convincing frankenwatch. It all depends on what you want out of your timepeice.

They charged around 25 pounds per crystal but I had problems with uneven coating and no colour choice. They all had a purle tinge to them but the reflection reduction was very good. They are a very well known company in the spectacles industry, my optician has used them in the past with success. The other problem I remember was the clamping method they used which did leave a small area around the crystal uncoated and could be seen in certain artificial light sources. Here is a pic of my PAM187 done by them on both sides.

I dealt with Siltint in Manchester a couple of years ago but they were not up to the standard produced by Jakub and Cheiftang. The coating was good but inconsistent and I stopped with them after a few crystals.

Still not seen a finished pic but it does look promising!

Pt's Sub is indeed originally from George(WM9) and was a batch of 100 that were sold out to other dealers due to the Cg's not being perfect. This watch is now the lower end 2836 eta movement model with engraving. There is a super Sub rep coming from George in the new year so I'm told but have no more details than that. I'm waiting for his new Yachtmatser project to be delivered towards the end of the month! Pt's/WM9's watch is way above the quality and accuracy of the Euromariner which is a copy of the copy in my opinion. Itr has a better dial but that is it!

Sorry, it was a genuine bezel/insert which cost me some blood and sweat on Ebay last week!!!! Are you hoping I will sell!!!

To elaborate a little more this is the Precioustime Supreme edition watch which is based on the yet unreleased M serial WM9 watch with an eta2836 so I'm told. Everything on the watch is stock apart from the Bezel/insert assembly which did fit on the rep base and really makes a big difference in reality as the teeth are so beautifully cut compared to the rep bezel. Also the crystal is a genuine 295c so no more horrid etched crown. This crystal does have a crown but only visible with a loupe. The CG's only needed a very small amount of tweaking and the overall finish is better than my previous WM9 Sub. I can say having received a Euromariner last week too that the case is NOT the same in any shape or form plus this one is different even from the non engraved WM9. I still have a WM9 case that went wrong during the drilling out for a gen crown tube(say no more - live and learn!). No need to replace the crown on this , it's 99% perfect. The rehaut is definately thicker when looking straight on and is practically vertical too. Dial is better although not perfect and not superlumed but the lume is decent for a rep.

Crown position is pretty good and not really noticable to the eye. Engraving has grown on me and shows up much less in reality.

Buy the Supreme Edition Sub from Precioustime, it is a Wm9 based watch with very smooth engraving on the rehaut(rolexrolexrolex) and a much better price. I have one and it is superb and very much better than the Euromariner which has a different case to this one and not the same case as the WM9 having had one in my hands yesterday to compare. Sorry no pics at the moment but will try and post some this week. PT's pics a re exactly what you will get though.

I have done this before. The PT Sub shares the same body construction as the WM9, Euro anmd latest MBW. I have a euro and have owned 3 WM9's. One thing I will add is the precioustime example is much better finished than any previous version I've had and has the best bracelet endlinks I have seen on a rep so far. The band has solid centre links which is of course wrong but I can forgive that with it's overall finsh. It does have the engraved rehaut which is hardly noticable really and does not bother me as much as I thought it would. It carries the number M549797. I have already fitted it with a gen crystal and reworked the cg's a little. My camera is on holiday with my girlfriend and will take some shots when she is back after the weekend.

Nobody lost out through you posting it here Ubi but you did probably cost me more in the end! I set a maximum on the first time I bid and it did not reach it thank god. Very sad to read this thread and I feel for you t but personally I love the new '60' crown and it now sits happily on my DSN 111h with my V cg and it is good enough for me and a vast improvement over the DSN 'crapcrown'. If you do produce the 48 version then I might buy another from you but as another member said, I will pay full price rather than exchange my 60 model! It was not really your fault. Just looking through my imageshack file and found this piccie I took last year of my 112G and 111F crown to crown and I think this pic clearly shows only 48 teeth on both series.

Ups delivered my vertu today but no charges. Sadly it is not recognising my O2 sim card! So this is pretty paperweight for now! Maciek is looking into this with dealer meanwhile I will contact O2 and see what they say.

That is a thought I guess but I think all the guys that get these need to be aware of theft! This type of crime is getting more serious in the UK and even though it is fake the robber will not know this and may try and remove it with force! Be careful where you flash it about guys!
