  1. I'll start to worry after a month. It's China and going through at least two postal services. I just received a crown after 5 weeks from the time I did PayPal. No worries. Jim
  2. I ordered one last week and will post when I get it. Angela is quoting two weeks which is normal for me from China. Jim
  3. I just ordered one as well from Angela. She was super fast on emails and takes PayPal. Being able to talk to someone living within three hours of my time is a big plus for quick communication. She told me she has checked them very carefully and they are identical to the photos. Also, take a look at her shop. She carries some very nice looking stuff. I paid $230 shipped to Seattle. Jim
  4. This is very interesting. He claims the hands are the correct length. What are you guys paying for the watch? 190.00 + shipping? Jim
  5. Greetings, I just downloaded the music and look forward to a great sound for trimming the tree this weekend! Best wishes for a peaceful, and fun filled Holiday Season! Jim
  6. What you guys need is a real Monster-------The Yao Monster Bund
  7. What movement does it have? Should be starting with a 5 Jim
  8. No, unfortunately. This is the one: It's the black outer ring. It was produced in a very brittle plastic and many were cracked and then removed and never replaced. It seems like it would be simple to produce them if I could find someone to do it. Jim
  9. I would love to find a source that can make inserts for vintage watches. I've got two Seamaster 300's without bezels. Omega doesn't make them any longer. The case numbers are 14755 and 165.014 and they take the same bezel. Does anyone know of a source for custom inserts? Pictures and sizing is no problem. Thanks, Jim
  10. Rob, I'm in need of a sweep hand to fit my DW 6263 VJ 724. Do you by chance have any? Please let me know. Best regards, Jim seaop@aol.com
  11. One more BUMP to keep this active! Jim
  12. I'm interested and will wait. Patience is a ? Jim
  13. The dial is fake. The coronet is almost touching the tip of the triangle. My 2 cents. Jim
  14. Thanks for the offer but I have to pass. I've got a 5513 with an old fold over bracelet, gilt hands, and well used. My 1675 is long gone. In the 80's I used it as partial trade for a yellow president which I subsequently used for a trade for an 18k Sub with a very blue gone to purple dial. I really love the NATO strap on the 5513. I've got one for a Seamaster 300, 165.024 that I'm finishing as we speak. You've got two sweet watches!!
  15. I bought an Orange Hand in 1978 because I was tired of seeing my 1675 on everybody else. It was and is unusual. But I really got to like the fixed bezel and It just seems "right sized" for my rather small wrist. I don't wear it as much any more but still enjoy looking at that big orange hand. I'm not aware of Ken?? Can you give us some details? Thanks, Jim
  16. Any updates from Silix? Jim
  17. Mark, Will you be doing another run of 7753's? I need one for my 188. Thanks, Jim
  18. Any updates from Paul? Jim
  19. PM sent for 2. Thanks for all your attention to detail Randy. Jim
  20. Stephane, Thanks for the information. I didn't thoroughly read your post or I would have seen the $95 price. What a great watch for the $$. Cheers, Jim
  21. Stephane, Does your GMT have a Swiss movement and correct hand length? Jim
  22. I feel like I'm in Final Jeopardy............do, do, do,do..............
  23. Jepp, That's a fantastic watch! I have a question on the dial. Please PM me, Thanks, Jim
  24. Greetings, Please put me down for one. It would be great to have the correct end links. I believe the number is "65" for that 7206 if I remember correctly. Note the difference in the detail on the end link. Thiose end links were "fixed" to the bracelet. Jim
  25. Check out this one: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Omega-007-James-bon...1QQcmdZViewItem Which picture can you believe? Bad ju ju! They're all over this on the Omega blog.
