Thank you Chris for taking "Ownership" for your business.. I understand customer Service and the truth is Human errors will happen.. and for me it's all about taking ownership .. especially in this day and age when the internet creates .. I was able to source a gen bracelet.. this pic is not the genuine.. but I am lovin the G-10 so much.. I have a feeling that the Patina will accelerate .. I don't know if it's my imagination but in lower light it seems like it's aging already.. since the dial is a genuine original.. I'm wondering if exposure to UV and oxygen will accelerate the aging.. if the patina does quicken.. then I think the bracelet will do well..

Long Story short.. I had rearranged my day which consist of my gym training schedule for the week to get home and take macro's of my Ubi franken 9411.. Ubi posted this >> http://www.rwg.cc/members/order-Lani-motivated-t98604.html to motivate me to do so.. so I left the windward side of the island a bit early and headed home.. and since I know the marco images will takw several hours for me.. I thought I had better stop real fast a tthe market for a fresh baked artisian rustic loaf and some pastrami . procetta and provolone.. to build a fast lunch in between getting the images up.. I get to the parking lot.. and reach up to get my safeway card ... when from my visor falls some paper work.. hmmm.. looks familiar.. like I should of taken care of this yellow slips of documents.. ... AAHHHHhhhhhhhhhrrrggggg.... it was the traffic ticket I got and the court date was ..or rather "IS" today 6/2/09 @8:30 am .. it's now 9:30am ... .. you could of imagined the look on ma face or the verbs that were spoken out loud.... I ... moved very quickly .. downtown to the Court building.. parked next to it, in a $10.00 half hour stall.. the municipal parking is just too far away.. get up to the court room .. walk calmly over to the Prosecutor.. btw.. my ticket was for .. No Insurance card.. we have "No Fault" in Hawaii and the fine can be up to 1000 usd.. but more than that .. a bench warrant had already been issued.. (I had insurance .. but the insurance company sent me the wrong card.. ) .. so regardless of having proof of insurance later.. the bench warrant would of been forfeited.. anywhere from 300 to 600 usd.. I was told a bench warrant had already been issued.. but she would take it back.. So everything turned out well, case dismissed.. after showing proof of insurance.. only because I altered my schedule.. if I had gone to the gym.. I would not have pulled my visor down.. etc. etc. ... and if I had gotten stopped for .. whatever.. would of spent the night or weekend in ..Cell Block.. not a place I miss too much.. So the morale of the story,..... RWG..and it's members have saved the day again... I believe in karma and the karmic circle... so thank you Ubi.. and RWG !!!!!! Aaaarrrrrgggghhhhhhhh.... I was jus about to turn in... . . . Hard to keep a low profile with Ubi's 9411 and I now proudly wear it's twin.. same "born on date" . . . and I recieved my gen 78360 bracelet.. but I am truly lovin the Ubi franken 9411 on black G-10.. the contrast is just soooo sexy.. . . and my new macro 105 mm lens has not been cristened yet.. . BUT... time... ahhhh.. the elusive enemy of us all ... it's great to see your images keep getting more awesome Ubi.... the only way to improve is to train with people whose skills are better than your own.. .. so posting next to you will be an honour and a challenge !! . . so between my business.. the photo contest .. training.. and helping the young guns at the gym during the summer.. . King Kamehameha was quite the Diplomat ~ There are various accounts of the earliest history of the flag of Hawaii. One relates how King Kamehameha I flew a British flag, probably a Red Ensign, given to him by British explorer Captain George Vancouver as a token of friendship with King George III. When I first started wear the Pam "1950" (fiddy) some years ago.. some of my friends kids thought I wore it because my eye's were going bad.. Pocket watch movements were used in many of the watches I believe back in the day.. so this "Big Watch" .. is ..IMO more a repeating of History than something that is a new "fade"... true the "Hip Hop" bling watches are the "fade" ... most of those watches though are not "Brand" names.. I don't even ask to see what it is when I see someone wearing them.. they are kinda hideous .. For me, like many other members.. it's not about size, but rather ... the style and history of the piece.. like Jojo's explorer.... that's a 36mm timepiece.. I am collecting parts to have one built .. the model closer, to that of the one Sir Hillary wore when he conquered Mt. Everest. someone told me .. "that's way to small for you" .. but I like the history and style of that vintage piece.. so the size is not an issue for me. so the age old question .. are you doing whatever you do, for what others may or may not like? (36 or 47 mm).. therefore "following the trend" .. Or are you following your own path ... and doing what makes you happy and satisfies your passion for timepieces... It's not the destination...... it's the journey that is the adventure... if you are choosing watches based solely on the diameter of the watch (whatever size that encumbers).... you are missing a whole world of beauty..
