Reborn,... Tag Link ...After having this rep.. which is arguably one of the most accurate Tags.. IMO,.. for 2 years now.. and having almost no wrist time .. it will get massive wrist time now.. one fo ma fav's.. but the reflections from the crystal jus didn't cut it for me.. even after having it single AR'd and the DW to genuine ETA.. still it didn't sing out to me.. but now after the trip to Cali (guess where) .. it is ready to be worn.. I took pics at all angles in the sunlight trying to "find" glare".. oh well it was a useless waste of time.. even in the Mid morning sun .. hope you enjoy the pics From all angles of lighting .. even direct mid morning sun..

Ok .. may not be a big deal for most members here.. but ... fo Lanikai.. it's the first one.. I finally said WTF.. jus do it.. it's rather simple really .. I jus went with the mantra.. take your time !! easy does it.. and I really surprised ma self.. The reason I had to swap the hands.. I sent this in for AR (not chief) and DW swap.. but the second hand was dangling and the min. and hour hands were damaged.. so my dealer sent me new hands and what this means to me .. next will be to remove the dial and attempt to repair the keyless works on my SMP .. I need to wait until I say WTF again.. so this now has Chiefs AR crystal.. I know not a big deal .. but I posted cause for me this is one time I didn't break something..

I'm really not a Camera Whiz .. but I'm very happy with my nikon D60 .. the only additional lens I have is the Macro .. I still have a lot to learn but I went with what my buddy advised , he does it for a living so who was I to debate it.. Good luck! .. I found a hobby to go with my rep hobby.. Aloha~Cheers Lani

update... Verified.. the SOH Chrono has been released for worldwide distribution.. so hopefully LE.. you will get the same timepiece.. check on Warranty from defects though .. all reps have the chance of failing..one of the givens in our "hobby"

WOOOOOWW I was in the same mindset as LD ... when I saw your header.. Ithought >>WTF !!.. not Ubi.. I got to the thread and was kinda relieved to see that it was not a "goodbye" deal ... Everything in Life .. ebbs and flows .. seems that we're going through a "low tide" as far as discussions .. the ending of the summer months in Hawaii is rather slow.. then the winter swells hit the North Shore... I think RWG.. is experiencing another down time.. maybe it's the economy and the upcoming Holiday's that will surely hurt the retailers... seems to be a lot of depressed people this year.. But all the reps on the Horizon doesn't seem to be your cup-a-joe .... maybe ya should practice "Luming" jus to take on another challenge ... I'm sure this would keep your perfectionist blood circulating..

I have answered your PM LE,.. that you sent twice.. my schedule does not allow me to answer "immediately at times".... may I suggest as a brand new member you take the time to introduce yourself in the intro section .. and do some studying . We have a wealth of information on all the reps available .. and watch repair is one of the most informative areas here .. with Ziggy as FROG's "Heart and Soul" .. your questions are very general and the questions you are asking can be found in all the sections.. but in reality to answer these you need to know what you are looking for .. ie. in brand .. chrono .. Pick your watch.. then read through some of the reviews.. members spend literally hours daily researching and taking pics.. etc. .. it would be of great value to you to make use of these reviews.. The heritage will be your first purchase.. as I said in my reply to your PM.. the dealers that sourced the genuine are on the RWG dealers list.. and I cannot see others right now having access to the same rep.. you will find cheaper "deals" but beware .. you should of read the "scam dealers" thread first.. Pick your Rep.. then choose a dealer... all it will take on your part is a "little" footwork ... the reviewers have done "their" share of "work" As to your last question in your PM.. No, the Heritage is not my "first" rep.. I have a few more.. and yes thank you it is a good choice (IMO) .. if you get the one that was made from the genuine as sample.. Good Luck .. and welcome to the best rep forum on the net.. it starts from the "TOP" with Admin and Admins team .. and gets just as good along the way.. there are many dedicated members here.. what is funny is all the members that responded to this post are the very ones that do the most for our community.. You guy's are DA BOMB ... as far as supporting the raffles ande everything else.. PUGS... MP... TT ... Corgi.. what can I say .. ecept we should all be as dedicated as youz... I will post the rep for raffle soon ... but we really need the members to dig deep and get more Plati's on the board.. if we all join in a concerted effort to inform the new members to do this .. bet we can make a difference and get us through the rest of the year without Admin digging into his own pocket to come up with the $$$ for utilities.. which he has done in the past out of a Love for this Hobby of "Ours" ... and has kept it on the QT too !!

Hi Gang ~ I am posting this in the spirit of RWG... which IMO is about our common interest and our valued Community ... Our last auction had very little participation .. whilst our previous auctions produced support that carried us through the summer months (rent wise) this could be for a variety of reasons.. but I doubt apathy or negative thoughts had anything to do with it not fairing well.. So for this reason I hope Admin can send out notice to all members, (as that was not done the last time, it may or may not have anything to do with the "gambling" thread).. and since it would be beneficial to all to have all members notified (some will call it spam) .. I would like to believe that we are doing all members the service of providing information .. something that this Forum is well known for!! We are in the middle of attempting our first RWG pictorial Calendar.. but for it to be done properly we really need to know the numbers of interested members.. or rather the members willing to "Commit" and not jus "lip service" .. so it would be essential to include this in the message for the upcoming raffle. I for one would really like to see the RWG Calendar become reality .. as much as a fund raiser as something I can hang and look at to witness all the wonderful friendships and support that RWG means to me.. as I am sure "YOU" TOO !!!! I will even throw in something from my collection... as anyone is welcome to do .. this is my commitment to you and our community It would be nice to see more members become platinum... although when I post these threads .. the same members that have been here as long as I have seem to become "Invisible" while we have raffles going on .. or membership drives.. or all of a sudden have financial emergencies arise.. If my friend Ryannon is around he could put it much more elloquently than I ever could.. .. So a "Please" request to Admin to notify "ALL" members through email when we are ready and to add a inquiry about our Calendar ... to see how we will work out production and distribution..
