First thanks you all for the kind words... yes the bezel is very well done as I failed to mention.. the clicks are precise and seats very well .. no problem with it at all .. actually I need to find out how to remove it for a project I am going to under take. ....(?) Thank you ryaku ... and no it doesn't wear big at all less so with the rubber strap but with the bracelet.. the BB wears bigger IMO.. I need to learn photoshop though if I want to take the images to the next level .. digital enhancement could do a world of good... Edit add: it is thicker than the BB.. but with this said it seems very well balanced.. as far as the center of gravity.. so it does not feel "clumsy"

It really depends on "your" preference... the band needs a dremel "fix" .. too many scratches from the factory.. (for me) .. inevitable a quick buffing will cure it.. But I think what your getting at is that the bracelet gives it a whole new look .. conversely the rubber or even a leather strap "calms" it down a bit .. IMO.. the lume at the 3 on my rep must have been done on a Monday or Friday .. the worst day's for factory workers.. I odn't think this will be a habitual happening... it's ok with me regardless.

BREITLING SKYLAND ON STEEL - GRAPHITE DIAL GROUP PIC - BLACKBIRD, SKYLAND AND SOSF THE GENUINE THE REPLICATION the sub dial @6 did reset.. I failed to do it before taking the pics.. SIDE BY--- The sub rings are as the genuine.. I missed the sunset coming through the window by several minutes.. but managed to cach it a little on the lume shot,.. the genuine is taken with natural light and it catches the sub rings nicely.. if I had angled the piece a little more it would replicate the genuines sub rings Pretty Clean ... there are some areas that are "rough" in detail ie. the black powder (looking) coat at the base of the hands .. but you cannot see it with the naked eye THE FONT... is very clean.. THE CROWN... and the pushers are very detailed and clean... "Feels Good".. and very nice fit .. one feature that's way cool.. touch the pusher @2, (after you have started the chrono hand)... and you stop the chrono hand .. release the pusher and the hand continues .. THE PEARL... GOOD JOB ! it needs a little cleaning..the glue... THE TABS The finish looks rough but that is thanks to the Macro Lens .. it looks good without the magnification .. I thought the open 4 was a bit off but after viewing UB7's genuine it appears spot on.. CASE BACK The Rotor is plain with no engraving.. and is necely very quiet and smooth I maight add when rotating... LUME COMPARISON .. Guess who lumed the Blackbird ... ya have to compare it to the best !! So not to bad compared to Z's.. but then again there is never a equal is there ? ENGRAVING.. deeper than previous reps .. one tip on the bracelet .. these links can get rather sticky and to get it "like silk" .. I use the new "Silicone Lubricants".. about 12.00 usd a can.. at Napa ..etc. but it is not greasy so no dust collecting it works great on the Rolex links and keeps the corrosion from setting in with the sweat from your wrist... be sure to check ALL screws when you first recieve your rep.. I alway's find at least one screw very loose and ready to fall out, usually close to the clasp.. which btw.. will need work (some filing in the catch) .. it is the weak link in this model.. If it is a new relaease and the makers are using a genuine as sample... which is becoming the standard instead of the exception .. it will take at least 9 months or more for them to accomplish this after the genuine sample is handed over to them.. If it is made from pics then .... do you really want this replica ? Even if it a good looking timepiece what the factories or "makers" are looking at is if will be a good "wholesale product that could be distributed World Wide ... if it does not sell well on the Froums etc.. they pass on it... for the makers we are a good gauge as to how the product will be recieved world wide.. so as Bytor states.. there are no garauntees ... but there are dozens of choices to make.. so check out the weekly wrist shots and as far as Omega .. you have many good replications to choose from... To Add to that Chief (good to see your forum name back to the latest) ... anyway.. the mag that comes off the GMTIIc rep may be mineral glass.. we are trying to acsertain this .. so when the mags that chief has coming back get here I'll post pics ... this is for the members who are thinking of using the rep mags to send to Chief for AR... I do know that the ones that have been done from the group buy are Sapphire...and the acetone may have made removal with heat faster but after 3 day's the mags were still fastened well to the crystals.. so they were removed with a hobby torch.. (FYI) So if you are considering using the Mag that is on the rep.. up to you .. it just may be mineral glass though.. R

I think total endorsements are about 10 mil a year... and she just got her drivers lic. not long ago when Michelle was around 10 or 12 she would be at Olomana Golf Links ... we would be warming up for our round ... she would be on the driving range after that on the putting green.. then to the chiping green... then play a round.. then backk to the DR... and after a repeat of the morning drills .. another round ... she at times would be hating it .. it was obvious she was being pushed very hard.. only Mom and Dad were with her at this stage..but she was extremely tall for her age.. A member of the golf club knew the Wei's and they resided in a humble 1 bedroom apartment.... not anymore though.. But what she really needs is a Media Coach .... since everything is scripted by her Father.. when she is caught in a cameo moment she stumbles and bumbles.. and since she is super intelligent the concensus with the sporting world in Hawaii is that her Father need to 'let go" and allow her to mature.. There's alot of controversy over the Dad's call to enter her in a PGA event rather than the Qualifier for the Ladies British Open .. and is raising concern with her peers on the LPGA another shinning example of Corporate America ... sponsors money needs to be earned somehow.. I just hope it's not at the expense of a young lady that could of reached a high level of professional golf... "could have" being the "I hope not" ... But man can that girl give the ball a .... RIDE !!!!!!!!!

You could start by reading his book.. The Chapter on "Black Holes" is very informative... Basically Mr. Hawking states that if the "ray's of light that form the event horizin ( the boundry of the black hole) can never approach each other because the ray's of light would be approaching each other and in order.........ahhhh...... .. you really have to read and study this yourself though or..one of my favs.. other than black holes.. or pink holes for that matter is Space and Time... ohhhh.. dosen't that just give you a Woody ?? Especially the part about the ... "special theory of relativety".. da part that talks about .. nothing can travel faster than light .. that the path of any object through space and time must be represented by a line that is within the light cone at "each event on it" ... my copy is old cause I need it to refresh my memory it forgets within.... I know the feeling rob.. it looks friggin horrendous... if the retina was detached you would need surgery within 24 hours.. and you would be laying on your stomach face down for 3 straight months .. so conversley you were IMO lucky.. not to minamize the injury ... but shit that is vision we're talking about .. I'm sure the doc told you ibuprophen to bring down the inflamation... tylenol for pain ... you can alway's say that 5 Bikers jumped you and to protect J.. you beat the crap out of all of them.. The colour will be there awhile brah...

I had that happen to my eye.. when a baseball found it's way from a bat to my eye socket.. it will be that way for awhile Rob so quit touching it... be sure to keep up with the ointment if the doc gave you any and ice and warm compress.. if your doctor advised that... never mind the watches take care and please don't do the ... "it only hurts when I do this" Takes time these injuries put they accelerate healing ater the first week or so.. DON'T TOUCH IT !!!

TJ and I have had our differences... we worked them out.... I still hold different views form TJ.. that does not mean we are not friends.. Men have times that can be emotional .. because there is "Passion" involved !! If someday you have time invested in making this the best forum (IMO) on the net.. and doing it for the passion of the hobby and to make sure we have this place here tomorrow.. you may also find yourself emotionally involved in Questions that have been asked and answered before.. what useful good can your remarks make after all is resolved C9 ?? Why not try spending 5 to 8 hours a day after and before your "paying" job and do it not for yourself but for the "community" and see how "Bland" you can react.. and btw why not try and be a "supporter" instead of a "sniper"... ... if you really want to help that is..???????

I was actually relieved for the simple fact that it was not your retina ... it must be painful Rob , no doubting that but I am very happy that it was a blood vessel and not a detached retina.. so my only question is ...
