Congrats Mac I have a bezel insert on the way from another maker.. hopefully it will be the fix to the Ultimate 10 spacing Go > Here

Edit Add:.. look here for the correct insert>Here I thought I would give you All a heads up : The Ultimate DSSD has one obvious visual flaw.. the bezel insert.. I ordered a pair from another dealer, but delivery does not look like it's coming anytime soon,or if at all. so my hunt continued in the interim.. I've managed to source hopefully the correct insert,.. mainly in frustration to not being able to get the correct insert that I payed for.. The insert being sent: the colour of the markings looks good the 10 is centered the pearl .. the proper height But before anyone goes rushing into asking how to order.. this is a prototype by another maker .. not the Ultimate maker.. so after I receive it.... compare it to the Ultimate in size and the way it will sit in the bezel..hopefully it will sit the same as the insert in the Ultimate now but with the correct 10 spacing.. because for me it will be important how the insert sits.. if it rides over the crystal... back to the drawing board... the pics that were sent to me are fuzzy, and hard to discern with detail the exact look..so I will not post them..the 10 is centered but I would rather wait until I can take macros to post them.. So, if you will all wait until I have received the prototype of this version,..and if it pans out .. there will be more than enough to supply ALL..it is being sent Express.. so by next week I will get a review up. this would beat waiting for the next Version, from another maker.. I mean the insert could be fixed opn the next version, but the pearl or dial may have an added flaw.. the 3 step is common in our hobby..... with this fix to the Ultimate.. we may be able to rest awhile on the DSSD and not have to buy another version for the fix. Thank you for taking the time to put this together.. the Montblanc is a highly underrated replication.... the Sport diver is a great rep also,..I have the PVD/SS version of the Timewalker.. to expand on what Hike states.. the reason for our not wearing reps into AD's no matter what.. are many .. but the bottom line is no matter how good we think the rep is .. AD's take a dim view of them for obvious reasons.. You are not the first and won't be the last.. things like these happen often in our hobby.. IMO any paint applied to the dial would leave a scar.. .. pretty hard to match the paint with a isolated area.. the ticks may be not as noticeable though..

there are dealers who all carry the same versions of the Breitlings.. it really comes down to who you'll settle on purchasing from.. who communicates .. services the issues, if there are any after purchase.. in this hobby there will be issues down the road.. parts neded etc. who guarantees the watch will arrive to you regardless of lost mail or customs.. So some say find your dealer then find your watch.. others will say.. find your watch and then your dealer.. i go with the latter.. I like to find the watch I am interested in then find a dealer that can fulfill my needs.. I've bought all my Breitlings from perfect clones others have bought the same watch from others.. so your choice really whom to buy from. find a review you like and ask about a certain model if your in doubt of the dealers web sites.. that rounded strap is unusual .. I have yet to get a gen gator made to this.. it would really cap off the watch.. the lume on my rep is holding rather well.. ssurfer has the rose gold model and had it re-plated .. and took off the sleeve to the pusher.. I really don't mind it though.. I haven't worn it much .. just need to get a gen gator strap..

Thank you I can't remember the member now.. from Germany.. but it was a very amicable deal.. this is the style of strap where the tongue comes all the way up the side of the watch.. took some getting used to .. but I rather like it now..

A while ago I posted pics of my 40mm Wempe Radiomir chrono.. there were many inquires as to where one could be sourced.. production was stopped.. but as I was looking for an affordable Pam for a member I caught this 40mm Rad Chrono on Tony's (Watchedens) site.. it has the correct pushers.. dunno about the dial but it's affordable and looks somewhat like the rep I have.. don't worry about being called out.. hardly anyone has seen this one in the wild.. Have you considered a Rad 40mm chronograph? .. a lot of members asked me if this was still available.. no dealers had any . but I found this one looking for an affordable 44mm for you to try.. it's worth a shot me thinks.. Like this one>here This is mine
