  1. I use the Titanium refinishing pad from Boston Watch Exchange: Refinishing Pad Worked great on my Torobravo CG:
  2. Cheers TJ! It has been an adventure, but well worth it. The results more than speak for themselves
  3. The blue one is not even close to the gen. This one, though, is superb!!! I have to admit I really, really love this one!!
  4. And here it is!!!!! Finally received my new HK Tan strap today and so now I am finally ready to unveil my restored Bulova Thanks again everyone for your help, support & input!!!
  5. I just got this in today and I must say I am really impressed with the overall quality of this one. The fit and finish is superb. The decoration on the rotor and movement is so close to the gen it's very impressive. Feel wise it feels just like the gen I tried on about a month ago. The dial texture is beautiful and the lettering is very nice and crisp. I purchase this one from Perfect Clones, along with a rep box and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I will note one thing. There does seem to be a small scuff mark on the crown above the logo. I will be contacting Josh about that one for sure. On to some pics
  6. Mmmm.....donor movement with a 45 minute counter! Nice!!!
  7. That's good to hear R. Thank you for updating us and we will continue to send our love and prayers to her and her family during her recovery.

  9. oh goody! another cali watch lover! where in cali are you located? welcome to the board!
  10. OMG yes....definitely need a dial protector
  11. WOW!! Amazing transformation Ronin!! Shocking in fact! It looks just stunning! Well done!
  12. Ok, I realize these things are not cheap. And yes, generally, there are better options out in the world than buying the "Top" brand names. However, I think it is safe to say that in this case, Bergeon really does get the medal for an incredible tool. I just recently acquired a set of 30018 hand removal levers and these are just unreal!! The build quality is nearly surgical (and considering the precision needed in some cases when removing hands, I can understand why). I looked into several different options, but none had the shape or angle that these have, making hand removal a dream So with that I say: "Hail to the King" (of hand removers)
  13. Wow! Great find. So are you going to attempt this on your own?
  14. No need for an official tool. Ball of duct tape, or a "Sticky Ball" from any watch tool supplier will do the trick
  15. Very nicely done Domi!!!! You are the man!
  16. No Wrist Check for the beginning of the week yet? Ok....I'll start one IWC Regulateur
  17. Hey A, so you are happy with your Waterproof tester? I've been meaning to pick one up, but it's so damn expensive to ship it over here.
  18. Great transformation F!!! Looks great! Do you think you will ever add a 2893-2 for a more stable movement?
