Why are there Braille signs on drive-up ATM's?

One thing I don't get about the rep SOSF. All the gens I have seen have an arrow at the end of the seconds hand. Like this one on the right: [ But all of the reps I have seen have a square marker at the end of the seconds hand. Why is this? Do any of the factories make the SOSF with the arrow?

Thanks R! I must admit, the pix don't do this watch justice. I just love this thing! It is so incredibly comfortable to wear! I just can't believe I haven't had one before now!!! As for Hike's lube - if that is truly the case than he should most definitely bottle it up!!! He could call it "Hike's Mothers Milk Lube"
