There arnt exactly many photos of his AR on that thread, maybe 3 tops, and only one shot of each watch which is kind of frustrating (I can take photos of my crystals with no AR from certain angles and see zero reflections). Is sending a crystal to the US really that risky with customs? Its just a bit of glass. Plus cheif is much (much) cheaper ... Edit: By the way i'm not trying to talk him down, we're having an email conversation right now about some work. He is extremely fast at replying.

Oh dont misunderstand, im not planning to buy it (although the thought did cross my mind initally). Monaco was the watch that brought me here but Ive since bought the gen and re-sold it because I didnt like wearing it. So odds are a bad fake version wont get much wrist time either I have however never seen king lie on her site (ie call a quartz an automatic) so I was hopeing there was a new chrono movement that a better model would come from. But im sure ubi is right re: faux chrono.

Wow some people are just hell negative, hey? Yeah its not brilliant. But it is a heap better than any Monaco rep seen so far. Monaco and chronograph font is wrong. Logo is too big. Sub dials are completely wrong. Date wheel is really low. Crown is huge. 1/5 second markers are missing. Hands are all wrong. But it's still be best Monaco rep I've seen and I'm glad they are working on it...

Hey folks, just saw this on King's site: Its not avaliable yet but as she's listed it, I assume its on the way. Doesnt look perfect, but it does look a bucket load better than anything else thats out there. In a couple of generations time this could be great. Also, unless it has a massive crown and pushers, it looks alot thinner than we were all expecting: There is no info on the movement on her site yet, just that it is automatic. Unfortunately I've just sold my gen of this so I cant do a side by side comparison review. Might be able to borrow one from a friend for one though. How exciting

Hmmm I dont think I have the same problem (although I cant really picture what youre talking about), because I cant see why a pin wouldnt fix this, looks straight forward enough ... I just dont have one of the correct size. I've resized 10+ bracelets and now i think about it i have no idea why I even removed this pin. Must have made sence at the time ... Thanks for the input.

Hey all, A couple of months back when I got my new UPO I bent one too many hard-to-pull braclet pins when re-sizing and didnt have enough left to put the braclet back together. Its been sitting in my watch boxes in pieces and its just occoured to me I've never been able to wear this master piece. Does anyone know where I can buy some new pins to fit this? One is for the 2nd link before the band meets the case. When I went into my local Timpsons and they didnt have a pin long enough. Can anyone point me in the right direction or sell me one? Thanks heaps for the help.
