  1. Make it all WG, no diamonds and that's one I'd consider. I bet that sucker's heavy...
  2. Being in Scottsdale, I wouldn't be surprised...
  3. Clasp should also be numbered to correspond with the bracelet (i.e. should also be stamped 78350).
  4. What about that one armed guy from Def Leppard(?) ?? LOLs
  5. Looking over the description, I don't see any reference of case size, but I do see that there is the 78350/19 bracelet (that DW used to offer) pictured, along with 571 ends that look quite familiar. Also... For what it's worth, DW's 1st run of 6263's came with hollow link 78350 bracelets (small stamping)... 571 ends. Upon his return, he started issuing his watches with the solid link bracelets. Not sure what he offers with his v72 casekits, but there's no doubt that Tony can confirm what DW sends out with those (both past and present).
  6. From studying honpo's pics, the center links look narrow enough to be a 19mm; the 20mm's have wider center links than those pictured. Comparison of 19mm and 20mm Oysters...
  7. Wow... Great collection, Pugs! Lots of diversity and variety. Top notch!
  8. Okay... I can't not wear this thing... So, I'll be wearing it on my right wrist (hidden under the cuff)...
  9. Just got this back from Ziggy, and it's running silky smooth. So, looks like I'll be giving my Daytona a break while this one gets some wrist time....
  10. SRSD... One to avoid in my opinion. The MBW case is too thick for this one (the genuine was based on a Submariner case); the earliest 1665 SRSD's didn't even have HEV's! And the dial will never be right. There is one 'tell' on the genuine dial that the rep does not replicate.... Besides... The numbers of SRSD's in existance are just too few. Most have been converted to DRSD's...
  11. Just saw the intro on Heroes... Anyone else notice how slow that balance was moving?
  12. Case looks like a v2.0 DW... Can't tell if the crown is inline with the pushers though...
  13. Very similar... And perhaps from the same factory. I do notice that these have the Venus copies in them (vs. the mystery movement)... Pushers look asymmetric. EDIT: Look at the dials... Coronet is placed high at 12:00 just like the v1.0 and 2.0 dials...
  14. Couldn't have been. Ziggy would be able to feel that the movement was running 2 seconds slow at his fingertips...
  15. Forgot one... ETA 2892, skeletonized Just got it back from a full overhaul today, as a matter of fact!
  16. First thing's first... Get that moisture out of the watch. Open up the crown and throw it in a ziplock with a packet of silica. It will pull the moisture out effectively.
  17. It's happened before, yes. This topic comes up from time to time on TZ, TURFers, etc...
  18. Genuines are at the same level of risk. There are some international dealers who will not ship to the U.S. unless at the buyer's risk, and of course, full value declared for customs.
  19. Hi gang... Still waiting. Dunno what the delay is; all I can say is, I'm in the same boat! Trying my best to be patient... Hope you guys can bear through the wait with me. Cheers, R
  20. What can I say that hasn't already been said? Excellent work! They don't get much better than this!
  21. Well... I have heard (and this is 100% unconfirmed) that older MBW cases were tapped at the correct 0.25mm pitch, hence making the swap 1:1. Dunno how much validity there is to that, but that might partially explain some of my luck?
  22. Hmmm... Reasonable price... Unfortunately not. Not at any sane prices at least As for TTK's... Those are sourced form the same factory as the MBW's. Unfortunately, it soudns as though those will be short lived in Neil's inventory
  23. Hiya, Toni! Where the heck have you been?
  24. NICE!! A rare watch these days, and a keeper for sure! The perfect candidate for some mods....
