Quick home made lunch today: Fillet of beef, flash fried with green and yellow peppers and a pesto made of green peppers, mint and olive oil. Have to say it was pretty good... although it doesn't look that good on the pic...

Looks genuine to me. I don't see anything that would make me think it's fake... And the movement swap theory is a good explantation for the serial not matching. I'm sure the movement is genuine too but of course you should take a look inside!

My MBW 1680 insert faded nicely in about 15 minutes in "Sagrotan Schimmelfrei" but I had another insert that didn't show any effect for hours... and then went white in a couple of minutes...

Yes, it's a Clark. This is how I got it from BK. I changed the bezel insert though because the pearl wasn't good. It's still not perfect but good enough for me.

Thanks for your feedback guys! It's true - nothing like a gen Rollie... The price is not a secret - I paid 3800 Euros for it with box and papers. That's a good price here atm. Still... expensive enough to put it in a bank safe which is a shame because I can't look at it all the time... I'll take some better pics this weekend...

Yep, here's a quick pic from the side. It's not very high, the Clark crystal on my WM9 Sub sits a tiny bit higher.

I like it a lot. It wears really big, mainly because of it's height but it's sursprinsingly light (Titanium) and comfortable. The design is very unique I think, Steinhart has come a long way from Sub-Lookalikes to this one...
