Thank you for taking the time to post the pics mate....I appreciate it I must say I really like it...especially the way the grainer look of the Ti shines through gives it a really unusual look.... That took some balls mate and I have to say you really pulled it off !! Wel done Of course its a subjective thing and I guess a few wont like it but to be fair I think all would admit that it has turned out better than you would think even if you didnt like it..... I think the strap looks great mate...what sort of money was that ? and where did you source it? Direct? Overall I must say if I didnt have plans for my 177 I would seriously consider doing the same....assuming there would not be a copyright issue !! I almost get the feeling that it could give a worn PVD look in certain lights but I may be wrong.... Thanks for sharing mate

It clicks and locks....just the rattrapante hand under the main chrono hand doesnt move...I think it might be broken !!! ;)

Yes mate, I really like Rainers boxes...I did get the 12 version but my watches wouldnt fit in it or rather I couldnt close the lid as the 12er is 1cm shallower so I ended up swapping it for a few 6ers Great quality and great service.....

As a wrist piece it has its place... For the Technos I am sure they would love it !! But also I could see my daughter wearing it or my son when they are out and about as they dont like carrying a phone around..... Price wise you could probably see its price dropping but in 30 years time when I take it along to the Antiques Roadshow with my ZX Spectrum, Sega Megadrive and Sinclair C5 ...then who knows

Not particularly ... well from an visual view of the front on your wrist but its the same story with most of the reps however I think we will see a few new versions of these models as well as the 320 etc plus 127, and a few more..

If we are talking about the overall shape of these rep cases then I would defintely go with the 219 but if we are talking about the getting the best overall case then its the 111 everytime.... Gen is far right...111 centre..then 219 Gen is bottom..111 centre..219 top I wouldnt take to much store of the gen CG in those pics it is very decieving...if some of you saw my post in the QC pics thread of my gen 217 CG the pics look the same in terms of inset of the lever... The CG lever on the gen is completely flush and square even under loupe and I have no idea why the pics seem to contradict that... But trust me guys the gen CG is still much better than the photos would lead you to believe... I have a spare polished gen RB CG and a new rep RB 111 CG laying about I will post some pics next to the 219 CG and try and get a more realistic shot of them.. The 111 will be broken down soon as I really dont like them but thats me

Mate compared to your lot we are a $25 canal Street Rolex!! Actually thinking about it...Given our current owners we are more of a sundial on a 1 inch dildo!! It was a 12 inch dildo but 11 inches were sold off to our creditors!! Funnily enough I seem to remember a few years back that Breguet made a watch for Arsene....or it was a similar marque. My other side of the family are all Gooners being their side are from NL I remember them telling me abut it... whereas we all originated from EL... so if I said we are about to make our first move since 1904... you should know mate

Thanks guys Quality f my pics seem to be hit and miss but I think you get the idea.....Its surprises me how the gen CG lever looks inset but in my hand its totally flush!! Plus looking at the pics my preference shape wise is the 219 case and as D said the 111 is more suited to the older case styles... Thanks my friend..... I see the 'dark side' keeps calling you back.... You are now a PAM Head mate as well as a Petrol Head !!!!!!

No problems mate I think you are right the lighting is giving it a lesser depth, if you can recall the pics I posted of it without the crystal you can see that But now I have them both and had them serviced... I have decided to keep the 286 and 212 so the 253 has to go as other reps are calling me .....

I defintely feel the 286 is deeper than the 253 and do prefer the 286 despite the faux pusher... Just gota thing about these cases and dome crystals
