First of all, I would like to know where do you want to go: bann Joshua and Andrew (why just these two of the four "cartel"?)?. If it is what you whant and you are asking I think it is very difficult to justify the bann of two collectors that has at least a 90% of pleased buyers. Second. In my office I have three collegues that has buyed from Andrew (I give the link). So I think this polit of "no buying from.... and the prices will go down", it is not realistic at all. We are not a revolucionary punch: we are some guys triying to buy counterfits of luxus watches. Third, and conected with two. We can try to "controll" a bit the information that goes though the forums, but, even if they are working like a cartel, they are not selling water in Sudan. They are selling luxus watches. If you do not want to buy, you do not need to buy. I (personally) in the forums looking for: Info and Know-How - People like By-Thor, The Zigmeister or Pugwash, for example, give this info Friends & people with the same hobby like me - Most of people here But I do not think the forums is to controll of the price. In my idea, the forums work is to give me the information about the quality of the watch, and I decide if it is good or not to pay the money. My two cents!

I read/writte in an spanish forum. There is no interest at all in spain for rolexes. at least in most young people, as rolex is been look as old, rich, and bling-bling gitanos watch. I think this happend in most of europeans countries, but speciallz in those which bad replicas are easy to be found in street markets, and who the people have united them to richt no-class people, and false crap. So, what ever is in the forums a "crysis" post, the people start to ask why there is not a good rolex coming, the MBW is the only ones, etc. Very interesting reading, and I really like it. But I would like to see how much of the people in the boards, is really interested in new Rolex, and specially europeans. In times when we see, from last year to know, so many IWC, APs, Breitlings coming, whith this kind of level, it is really a crysis? Do really someone think that if they improve the QC the chinese are going to sell more watches? really?

The ETA is more reliable, but not too much (I mean that the asia are very reliable). The original will never use saphire. It was not used at this time. It is very difficult to assure wha is fantasy and what not, especially with the 3/6/9 numeral, used by the militars, as even the experts, are not sure.

Thanks for the advise, but It is really caotic. I would like some more clear. I have problems to diferenciate the 5510, 5508, 6382a, etc. Especially the ones with the military markings and the 3,6,9 numerals.

Thanks Repaustria, Too much for me. I would like to have this mod, as I can see a really improvement in the accuracy of the piece. But if we are talking to drilling and retaping, it starts to be far complicate for me. It is a pitty!

Hi, I am thinking in the Military 5510 that TTK was offering (I adquire one). i saw pictures from Joe, but I am not sure if it was a Brevet from Davidsen, a custom done or an original one (I doubt it beause of the crazy price).

I would like to know if the Davidsen Brevet crowns could be installed in a MBW (in my case a 5510). Some did this mod? I think I saw a photo from a Joe

I have purchased the MBW 5510 that TTK hat offer. I would like to know more about Rolex military watches. I did a research in google, but I found little to no information. I would like to know more about the theme, as for me the history behind the watches is as interesant as the watch. Do you know a book about military rolex? Or a good link? Thanks in advance Sam

Kruzer, the inner bezel is lumed. Very very light, but is lummed (I have the watch in my wirst).

Ok, i have a Cousteau: first thing to say is it is a fantastic watch. really a winner. The issue with the day/date well is not a thing of the Cousteau, it a thing from the Asia 7750b. I have many and all have this issue. But it is no so problematic in general: with the date is normally no problem at all, and with the date, is comes from watch to watch. Personally the one that I have present really a small misaligment. Very very small.
