No chance I will be paying over $400 for a rep. Would rather save the money towards a gen of some description.

I personally like this watch, and don't mind the incorect hand-stack. As long as the movement is stable, I'll be happy. Has Angus mentioned when this is going to be available? I know it says "Novermber", but you know the score when it comes to proposed release dates.

Hi All, Looking for a little help or advise. I've got a few reps that I'm looking to sell via the forum (franken UPO, Pam 005K, Red 1680 Sub with slowbeat movement and shed loads of bits and bobs), but I can no longer post in the for sale section as my VIP membership appears to have expired. I tried to renew my membership, but there is no option to upgrade now. Anyone know how I can get this resolved? Gents, I've been looking at5 getting the modified ETA version of the Explorer from Joshua: http://www.1-pc8838.com/0rlex00008-2011-explorer-42mm-white-p-12158.html One thing that puzzles me is that the pics on the webpage show the new style lume (green/blue), yet all Explorer reps Ive seen to date have the standard blue noob lume. Anybody got this particular model? If so, is the lume correct as per gen (which I believe should be the blue/green)? Cheers chaps Craig.

yeah, had a look on eBay and came across their inserts , then found they were recommended as next best thing. as long as it's s bit better centered, i will be happy!

Hi all, I'm sure this has probably been asked a number of times, but can anyone recommend a decent aftermarket bezel insert for the UPO (I have the orange version).? I've frankened my UPO with gen dial, hands, crown and tube, and got a sunny crystal en-route. However, I dont want to shell out the insane amount of cash it costs (and the hassle of fitting) just for a bezel insert (i've spent enough and I need to draw a close on this one). Is there anything out there that is near as dammit and not SO expensive? Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved Cheers C.

Hi all, Many moons ago I used a post from this forum in order to buy some gen parts to franken my UPO. Had a look around, and can't find the post anywhere that had all the part numbers listed. Wrong coloured AR and incorrect HE valve position make it a no go for me. Why on earth do they not fix these things????

Looks like Angus is going to organise a replacementy for me.

Looks like I now have bigger issues to worry about. The movement keeps stopping randomly (done it three times this week already), even though fully wound and/or having ben wound by the automatic movement itself :/. Have e-mailed Angus asking for a replacement. This is the first time I have had an A7750 crap out on me.

Its pretty obvious in th flesh though. A few people also into watches noticed it straight away. Wonder if its relatively easy to fix...

Only way to get bezel in line at present is to set the bezel "between" clicks.

The bezel isnt alligned correctly, basically the pearl sits too a little too far to the left (and obviously all the remaining tabs are offline too around the bezel). Wondering whether it is possible to remove the bezel and shift the inners further to the right to bring in line.

Hi all, I've just recieved my 243L from Puretime over the weekend and found that the bezel isn't aligned correctly. I've uploaded a few pics so you can see what i mean.. Anyone know whether this is fixable? I'm not sure on the build construction of these PAMs and whether they bezel can be removed and the inners moved to rectify..,,., Any advice would be appreciated.

Oh no!!!!!!! My watch arrived yesterday for me to find that the bezel is mis-aligned! You can actually see it in the photo now that I come to think of it Does anyone know whwther this is fixable??

If thats really the case, then they are missing out big style. This watch would definitely be a big seller. A nice chunky dive watch without the chrono (which some people like and some dont). Come on GZ factories, you know it makes sense
