Gas is not expensive, the Umbrella Magnum is new, only fired a few times. You open the chamber out (as you would with a real gun) and there is a valve to fill it up with gas (as you say, like a cigarette lighter), then you place 6 BB's inside. So six shots a time, but the gas lasts longer than that.... The others have cartridges in the handle, as the real guns do, with the valve at the bottom, and can hold a lot more BB's. I think the custom wildcat holds 32, and the smaller glocks maybe 16 or so? The Magnum will only use HFC134Aa/lower powered gas, I think all the others are fine for green or ultra, or whatever they call the higher power suff now because of the metal slides. You could use the high power gas with any gun, but don't expect it to last....
-
Actually the 44 Magnum is ABS not metal, and the lower part of the glocks are ABS too, so not all of the are metal, but the glocks have metal slides, so it is metal where it matters. The blow back effect is really sweet
-
The ones I have are all full metal and able to use the high powered gas (green gas) You can fire off a full cartridge on one gas fill, but it has been a while since I shot with any of them to be honest. They are all bloody powerfull! All are 6mm BB's too. Picture: I forget the value involved in them, as like I say, it has been a while..... The wildcat is damn fine, fully upgraded internally and by far my favourite piece

I have some airsoft guns, all gas though.....

Could this Evo update, with the new more accurate date wheel, have anything to do with the new Breitling Skyland replica that they may be releasing soon? If we assume it does, then things bode well for the future.....

Which vendor has the best GMTII ceramic
Mickey Padge replied to rolexconfuse's topic in The Rolex Area
They do seem to come in batches, but I feel that is a good thing. Maybe they are taking more time putting this watch together? I mean we have seen zero posts complaining of dusty dials, or messy hands etc.... If only all rep watches were made to this level of QC (know movement issues aside). Cheers! -
The latest black/grey dial Porsche flat 6, with silver subdials, should have a hard rubber strp and silver chronograph center second hand. Also, what is stopping you requesting/confirming this fact when you buy the watch from any dealer? Just mention it to them in your email, simple really.... Cheers!

I would suggest that just because your PC's cookie is holding the item in the shopping cart, it would actually have nothing to do with real life stock. If it is listed as sold out, then it is safe to assume there are none available.... Cheers! -

The incorrect hand stack (ICHS) version will have a much more reliable movement, but the GMT hand will be under the hour hand, whereas it should be above the hour hand, as it is with the CHS version and genuine Rolex GMT2...... That is why it is called as such..... Plus the genuine Rolex GMT2 watch has the hour hand as adjustable, which the CHS version replicates, the ICHS version has an adjustable GMT hand, not hour hand, so that is less accurate too, if you care about that sort of detail.... All a bit of a moot point, seeing as the CHS version is unavailable due to movement issues..... Cheers! -
Thats true However I was referring more to the dial and hands, they don't have a mark on them! If he has opened the watch and cleaned it himself then kudos to him!
-
Khurram that watch is spotless! Did it come that clean direct from the dealer, or have you had it serviced and cleaned? From whom did you buy it? I wish my replicas arrived in such sweet condition, the ones I get have really messy dials and hands most times......
-
Nice write up, and a damn fine watch All this talk of colour variations from Breitlings website etc.... What colour genuine did they buy to create this replica? I assume they purchased the genuine blue dial lanikai? Based on the fact that you ordered the blue one yourself

Stupid! Oh, Angus is Puretime..... -
Seeing that Xvid is more use than Divx now, the Olin would be the best out of those three. I don't think any of those upscale the image though. HDMI is used , but does not mean upscaling is present. I would suggest you would want an upscaling DVD player to be honest. Remember that when the source video is a much lower resolution than the native resolution of the LCD panel (DVD's are 720x576), the picture quality will suffer as a direct result. The LCD TV will scale the lower resolution video to the 1920x1080 res of the screen, but that is not the same as the DVD upscaling...... A good upscaling DVD player will make a huge difference to the image quality on screen The one I linked too is available for $169.95 from amazon, used condition though: http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00...7E/ref=dp_olp_1 Or ebay: http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksi...-All-Categories As I mentioned before though, a bad DVD upscaler will make things look a lot worse.....
-
This would be a good place tro start looking: http://hometheater.about.com/od/dvdproduct...podv981full.htm 1080p upscaling with divx/xvid. Plus the upscaler is of really good quality (for the price), cheap upscalers just make things look worse most times. I am sure there are others out there, this one caught my eye because of the Faroudja video processing chip at it's heart. Cheers!

I am struggling to find a reason to drop $600/

Also depending on how far the PC is away from the HDTV, you could use a very long monitor cable and a high quality wireless keyboard and mouse, then you would not need to move anything about....
-
Why are you connecting your PC to a HDTV via S-Video? I would imagine using the PC's VGA 15 pin monitor connection, or DVI would give you a perfect picture, just like using your HDTV as a monitor.......

GMT II Ceramic - Bezel Numbers Silver or White?
Mickey Padge replied to TmeShare's topic in The Rolex Area
I have this watch on the way from PT, I can't wait! Best rep Rolex ever really, in terms of out of the box accuracy. (aside from the simpler Explorer I maybe.....) -
If this was directed at me, then I am sure it wasn't you, or anyone on the board that I purchased the two 7750' from Both sellers were German and understood very little English, I had to use an online translator, so arranging payment was tricky, but it turned out good in the end Cheers!

Good to know The Zigmeister, thanks for the input, we all appreciate it! I purchased two movements just like the one in the photo, same packaging etc.....and both are running like champs and keeping perfect time, within a few seconds, without any service or adjustment.... To the original poster davidbir, how was your movement packaged?
