  1. I do this always by hand with a small fille inside. On Vintage ones I reshaped the outside too. But your way is nice and make it faster and easier to get good results.
  2. They are all Submariner based so it's the same size 40mm Take your time in the dealer section there you can find them.
  3. I miss the old days too
  4. How about the writing on the Dial and Date? Is it white or silver? Date looks white on the Pics. congrats to a new watch
  5. there where some nice boysize Datejust in the past. They fit a woman's wrist great.

  7. I don't think it can be done without removing the Overlay.
  8. Wow, really nice piece and also a nice story about it. Thanks for sharing this.
  9. Maybe to protect the crown from scratches.
  10. Looks gen to me. Like mine Gen 79190.
  11. sorry to say but a 31jewel clone movement is [censored]! I have never seen a movement cloned like a Gen Rolex one in all this years.
  12. Same on Josh's 1680 But there is a other problem on his 1680. The diameter of the Glass is slightly larger than a Clark's one. There is also a plastic gasket between Glass and Retaining Ring. All in all a bad construction. MBW is way better.
  13. Simply no. why a service when it runs fine and has no problems? Maybe later.
  14. look on the bay I've seen one last weeks
  15. I cant believe people do such terrible things. My prayers for the victims....

Hey that's my 16800 Dial Looks good!
  23. So this is a problem on the V3! The Case s to much machined in the Crown area, so the Crown touched the Bezel. This is why I think the V2 Case is much better. I posted this problem time ago and decided to build my Hybrid Sub.
  24. Hey I have the same effect from a leaking SD 1665. Varnish on a dial bring sometimes nice effects.
