The original project of the Cosmograph Yacht Master was with a double tip seconds hands and a white bakelite bezel.. Very very interesting project!!

I am doing this project with Domi.. I used: - noob dial - Bk hands for 2893-2 - gen 2893-2 GMT - hybrid Noob / cartel 78790 bracelet - 16570 ultimate case - gen crown and insert - Tw bezel assembly - Clark crystal

For dial and hands you can try Tw GMT from Narikaa

The SA3135 Yachtmaster is sold from all TDs (first has been Puretime).. Is the one with real clone of the 3135 movement. http://puretime.co/product/yacht-master-16622-sa3135-best-edition-with-rehaut-engraving/ The TC YachtMaster is the old WM9 YM sold from the user TC on RG.. They are consideder the high end of the Yachtmaster rep world, together with the Sean cased YM.. SA3135 hasn't 1:1 case costruction, Sean and TC does. SA3135 insert is also considered the best insert in color and font for YM up to date.

Hi everybody, today my TC FD YM arrived (last batch) and I managed to make some pics in comparison with my GF's YachtMaster, recently put together thanks to Domi. So we have: 1 (left). TC YachtMaster with V2 DWO 2 (right). GF's Yachtmaster including: - SA3135 case, bezel, crystal, bracelet - TC dial and hands - ETA Swiss 2824-2 with custom DWO (I can't remember if BK or something else) Some points: - Main differencese are bezel and crystal height, other than cg shape and caseset shape. - SA3135 insert is different in font and in shine (numerals are better refinished and different color) - SA3135 crystal is very high compared to TC's, but has correct mag (TC's seems to me too much mag). - Crystal are also different in quality: SA3135 crystal makes TC's dial appear whiter, TC's crystal makes the dial a little darker. Dials (SA3135 is the one with 24 on the DW, TC is the one with 30 on the DW) Case cg and crown profile (TC is the one with blue sticker on the bracelet) Crystal height, cg shape and crown position (SA3135 is first pic) Another angle for cg shape, crystal height and crown (SA3135 is first pic) Macro of bezel, CP, case side (SA3135 is first pic) SA3135 first 2 pic, TC last 2

I used in a pool the following with no problems: - EE 6263 Valjoux - Dw 6263 7750 - Dw 6239 7750 All wp by Domi.. Also the pump pushers resisted..

Same watch here.. I suggest: - gen insert - Tc bracelet (need a little work to fit but fitting is really good!) - Tc hands - Bk Dwo or Tc v2 If you drill the lugholes you will need a correct bracelet for lugholes case and a Yuki 16660 dial ( He does also 16660 Comex dial)
