O.k I think I need somebody to get the school bus out and drive it over to pick me up. I think I am o.k with the daytona project and then something "basic" like ordering the correct tube for this crown and I failed. So can somebody please confirm what this crown is (I think 702 but the huge price of 7020 tubes makes me want to confirm) Pick me up in the bus. I need to be schooled

I was wondering whether gen pushers will work on a dw 6263 case. Or is there issues with the threads being the wrong pitch?

Hey guys. I thought i would try to be a bit creative and see if this was the " gen case franken" that was advertised earlier as someone previously stated and see if they had the valjoux 72 for sale. He replied saying that the top bid was a prank bid and he had to cancel the transaction. He offered me the case. So it seems like some shill bidding was going on

The 7734 movement i bought has the same date wheel as advertised above. But the 1's are nothing like the gen datewheels i have seen. I'm happy to send the datewheel to somebody to scan. Maybe the font could be touched up to look how we want

I made an offer on them just to see whether they would accept it. I have a jeweller that had a damaged dial that would sell it to me for $70 So i thought i would see if i could buy this for $70 Does anybody want the other 3 crowns?

The lume area looks similar to gen and they have the ridge in the minute and hour hands. I saw some hands that looked flat on ebay and thought they were terrible. I was thinking that yuki's ones were o.k too and i was probably going to buy the monte carlo hand set from him so would buy a daytona set at the same time.

I only wear a noobmariner in the water and have been mistreating this watch for over 5 years now. I treat the gen sub as a luxury piece and it lives a sheltered life. Even the noob gets a nice rinse off with soap and water if it goes in saltwater

I think i read somewhere on the new TC date wheel options that the datewheel printer worked off a 200 moq maybe if there were 200 people to buy that would be an option

Thought it was interesting the way the crown guards are finished. Then when i saw the case markings 9421 i thought that something might be up. Is this fake?

I recently purchased a daytona parts bundle and when i received it I had some apprehensions regarding the bracelet. The endlinks and band look correct. But the clasp seems wrong. I don't think the coronet looks well finished, the 78350 engravings are missing and the underside of the buckle and overall material seems wrong(the edging is quite sharp and it feels thin) I grabbed these pics from a post the seller had made earlier regarding the item. They are what I received so I don't have any issues with the seller. I would appreciate any help from the Daytona experts.

I too saw this... I thought the price was cheap. I have some Valjoux 23 options from a local watchmaker. But if the cost will be the same. I'll pursue Valjoux 72
