Excellent point. My first reps were all basic reps with Asian ETAs. As I explored this hobby more, I realized that a few mods add an enormous amount to the overall feel of the watch. Some of the items I see in the for sale section simply blow me away at times and if I had more money to spend, I would probably buy a Ton of the Franken that I see. They look Nd feel amazing. But again, to each their own. To those who prefer to own a bunch of 21j, so be it. As long as they're happy, we will continue to strive for something more. I'm off to enjoy my Frankens.

May I ask how it attaches to the watch? There seems to be an ongoing debate on how a leather strap would hook to the Daytona. Maybe close up shot or explanation? Thanks a lot. That watch is awesome.

I wouldn't. More of a special occasion watch. Just received a 6239 today! Will wear it over the weekend for sure.

Just received my SpinMaster built 6239. It's absolutely stunning. It's the exotic dial non-screw down version sitting next to the equally stunning 6263. Both were upgraded to gen crystal and crown. My question is whether I should have gone with a black bezel given I now have 2 with the silver bezel. How easy is it for a novice like me to swap the bezel out? I have no experience whatsoever other than winding a watch! Your input is appreciated. Also, where can I source a black bezel? Sorry for the crappy picture!
