  1. @subbiesrock thanks for all the info and for adding yet another watch to my wish list.. always appreciated It's funny because I was thinking of getting a 312 and a fiddy but now I can have both in one!
  2. Great, thanks a lot subbiesrock... now I'm even more confused.. now I totally want a 328! Is that the latest one? the Best Edition V2? Did you get anything done to it?
  3. LOVE LOVE LOVE that case! Not sure about the indices though...
  4. Andrew says that the specs are the same and it's only the N serial change on the case back. That's all. The M series is no longer available. The new ones available are all N series and made by the same factory. Don't know about you, but I was hoping for more than that.
  5. That's actually a 320 not a 312 312 is not GMT So if they can't even get the model # right or even how many jewels it's supposed to have, who knows what else is wrong!
  6. Sorry.. I meant "left" not right Since seeing these pics, I've tried to find a TD who sells this model but I'm coming up blank... I can find the ultimate version with SS bracelet and the safari version but not this one... where can I find it? and why are AP reps so expensive? Are they that good? Thanks
  7. Nice! Your going to have to get some custom shirts made with super loose cuffs on the right side!
  8. Thanks for your help boys. I appreciate it. @Pete. Good info and suggestions. I have done a lot of reading and researching but it seems that the more I do, the more I sometimes become confused. Well, maybe not confused, when I read about one model, i want only it. Then I read about the other and then I want only it. I guess I should buy both  Thanks again
  9. Hi, I think I actually might be going crazy. I spend so much of my time looking at pictures of these two watches. I think they are both excellent examples but I'm wondering what the pros say about them. What do you think about the different movements? As you can see from my avatar, I know what the auto movement is supposed to look like and the tells don't really bother me. Is the 7750 28,800bph or 21,600bph? What about the 6497? Are there any glaring inconsistencies? Is it even right to compare the movements or are they apples and oranges? Are there other factors that would influence your decision? Which would you buy and why? Thanks guys, I always appreciate your input iAn
  10. Don't know about hen's teeth but here are some rooster teeth!
  11. Looks great! Your link only seems to work if one is signed into repgeek... or am I wrong? Thanks for sharing!
  12. Does anyone know if there is a good rep of this gorgeous Panerai? Thanks for your help
  13. Beautiful stuff... what a craftsman! Thanks a lot
  14. I'm definitely not a pro but it looks like a good rep. I've been looking into this model lately and this seems like a nice example. Hard to see if it has a good arrowed G or not. Shouldn't QC pics have an order tag on them so you know it's yours?
  15. I might be interested in one of these! Do you have a link?
  16. Hi! I'm living in Taiwan and want to get some mods done. Could you PM me your local Taiwan contact info please. Thanks, Ian
  17. Hi, does anyone know how I can get in touch with goin6633? His account is not accepting any PMs.. Thanks, Ian
  18. Nice! Is it just me or do these remind you of a Laco B-Uhr? Either way they're great. Thanks for the post 
  19. thanks again for your input, rolli wow, you've done a lot of work to set all that all up and I think I speak for everyone when I thank you and tell you again how much your services are appreciated. When I want to build my grail PVD, you will be the first person I contact. for now I will wait and see if something comes up on the sales board...
  20. Hi rolli, thanks for your input. I'm not looking for the cheapest possibility... as I said, I don't mind paying a lot for something that I really want. I think you do outstanding work and if I had a batch of watches to PVD then it becomes quite reasonable, but spending over 300 euros (with prep and shipping) to PVD a $350us watch seems excessive. No disrespect to you, as I said, you do fantastic work and we are so fortunate that you provide the service. Thanks again
  21. Ya, thanks again.. I think I'll just keep looking for now but it's hard 'cause I'm so eager to pull the trigger! Let me know if you see anything
  22. @ Pete.. thanks for the advice.. always appreciated. You are right, I wouldn't mind a DLC but don't want a lefty (26K) and don't want a Rad (I'm keen on a big manly CG) and I'm not as keen on the sausage dials (insert "gasp" here) What I am looking for is a DLC/PVD Luminor Marina sandwich dial.. know of any? I scour the sales section daily but haven't come across any @blue_sphere.. I was directed to this company in Singapore which does DLCing WAY cheaper.. (and closer, since I'm in Taiwan). I don't mind spending $600 on the rep of my dreams. Something that isn't seen everyday. http://www.2geek.net/eMart/service.php Thanks again guys.. if you see anything, let me know
