Often times, jokes get old real fast.
Sadly, this is one of those times.
Yeah... Some have seen this. Well then, this joke is for you my dear seasoned RWG veterano.
If this is the first time for u, well, get your weight up homie!
Nice watches. Nice pics, aside from the fact the there are those that find wristshots unappealing. Well, no worries from this camp over here. I've got some furrrr, too.
The fiddy is too big on my 6.75 1/2 nipponese 1/2 occidentalese wrists. Not bad for a friggin' hybrid robot!
The 183 barely cuts it.
The Luminors fit great.
The 5513/1680/1665/1675 are perfect.
The 6265 is so special that it works.
Nice pics!
This is gonna be lots of fun.
For those concerned, there is ample easy parking as well. Right at the restaurant, too. No need to walk! Just park, get outta your car, sit down, order food&drink, and show off your watch!
@Finepics
I will send you close ups tomorrow when I get a chance to take some pics for you. I do not own any PAMs with Tritium (wish I did). Some pics I have seen of the Tritium PAMs show a yellowish color, but perhaps it remains more on the 'rusty sorta dirty yellowish kinda tea-stained' tip. This kind of look seeems to be common with Tritium when exposed to lots of UV over the years. Makes perfect sense for a vintage dive watch IMHO. I guess what I mean is that it is less yellow and more like a rusty mellow duller darker yellow. Wow, I'm sounding crazy I hope I'm making some sense here
Perhaps pics will explain better... I've got a nice macro feature on one of my cameras... Stay tuned.
CHEERS
SN regulators are very precise. If u push the regulator with a piece of pegwood, it moves too much. So when u try to move the regulator back - it will never be in the same position u started off with. Thus, regulating accuratley is a major pain... But with the SN, it's all good. Better yet, with a Vibrograph... You're in better shape
Lookin' good. The case looks hot!
Perhaps it's my monitor, but the lume looks unusually yellow - not like Tritium-style color... And I know Tritum color varies from watch to watch, I've got 20+ vintage Tritium watches and none are that color. Again, could be color correction in my screen.
Cheers
PS. Good to know about the dial size variation. How did u trim it down? With a lathe or by hand?
