The build has started. I am building two 1675's, one for myself and one for DocThor. Ingredients are: Cartel 1655 case with low beat DG movement Clark bezel assembly Ingod44 dial Gen 116 plexi RafflesTime hand set Don't know about the crown and tube, wait to see how the rep is. The dial just arrived Since I am a lumatic I think I will relume it to a nice ivory vintage color what will glw during night. But I am not sure about this. What do you think?

Question 2: what do you think of the insert? It has a WM pearl but i seems to me that the font is a little to bold.

It s a SSD dial. This articular one has already been relumed. So the dial is a part that will not need any attention? I tried to find the differences between the rep dial and a gen Z series dial but was not able to find any. But I am by no means an expert! Hence the question here.

I started a 1016 build. It is the second time I am building a 1016 and this time it should be a keeper.<br /><br />Got some parts ordered already, like Justin's bezel, TC hand set, Clark 25-22 crystal and a gen 16013 mid case.<br /><br />The case is from 1982 and will come without crystal. Now I am not sure if a plexi will fit this case since the 16013 also came as a Sapphire crystal version at some time.<br /><br />Does any one know if all 16013 cases are good for plexi? Or should I be worried that I got a Sapphir version?<br /><br /><br /><br />

Keep it as it is. Looks fantastic. Save your money for a Gen crystal. You won't believe the effect that will have.

Looking very good. These are so good to modify. Add a gen crystal and a relume and call it a day. You will have a super 1680. I was so stupid to sell mine.

Like drilled lug holes, bleached insert, crown shortened, relume of dial and hands, dial aged and matt sprayed.
