No the slipping does not normally effect the changing of the wheels. just the resetting position. Im pretty sure its a slipping hand that need to be glued down. Good luck

Actually two diffrent ones one Hoya and one cheap-ass filter from the bay. The Hoya is from a friend, who laughed when I told him i picked up a filter from the bay. But after seeing the pics he said it was ok, not great but ok. To be honest I cant see any diffrence, but Im no PRO and maybe I was just lucky when I picked that filter up from the bay.

You probably got a slipping second hand, you have to remove the second hand and glue it back to the post. I did it myself on one of my watches, its not that hard I think The Zigmeister has a good post about this somewhere. Otherwise you have to send it to The Zigmeister. Good luck
