Did you try locking the exposure? I can minimize them by doing that. I don't use a tent anymore I prefer natural light but back when I was doing that, I didn't have a problem with reflections if my exposure was dialed in right Example.. Sorry I'm not home so this is just a low q phone upload

Nice!! I had the same issue recently and now by seeing this I know I have a rep retaining ring too. Thank you for showing us the difference. The underside bevel is there to help remove it, without it its a real B to remove.
